What I love about this Tim Hortons location is the staff only. They are caring, funny and most importantly respectful with each and every person. (Things we’re a little rocky at one point) if they see this and work at the 12 mile location the staff will know what this means but in all honesty and seriously I will stop coming here if any of them were to quit. So don’t quit ♀️

I have had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons! Not only are the workers super sweet and love to make you laugh but the inside of the place is filled with decorative items for the holidays. So over all it is super cozy and friendly people with delicious donuts, food, and coffee! I highly recommend going here!!

I am a regular customer at your location and order the same items daily: egg and cheese English muffins and a scrambled egg wrap, explicitly requesting no bacon or sausage. Yesterday, despite clearly stating my preference, all my food contained sausage and/or bacon. I discovered this during my lunch break at work, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
Today, I raised this issue with your staff, providing photos of the food and my credit card transaction as proof of purchase. However, I was told nothing could be done because I didn’t bring the food back. I don’t believe it’s reasonable to expect customers to keep perishable food for two days to resolve such issues.
This experience has been disappointing, and as a result, my colleagues and I will no longer visit this Tim Hortons location. I hope you address this matter to prevent similar issues for other customers.

I’m a frequent customer there. I love going there before I go to work. The manager who usually works wasn’t there this morning and you can tell customer service was horrible. I order a coffee with a bagel with cream cheese. I usually don’t get cream cheese. I usually get butter, but it’s more I got cream cheese and was charged for it and it was barely no cream cheese. The bagel wasn’t made like it is usually made from Tim Hortons. I go to Tim Hortons every morning. I got coffee, which was hot when he gave it to me in my hand I asked for a sleeve the gentleman act like he had an attitude. I waited for my bagel. He gave me my bagel. I said thank you. No response. Customer service is horrible. This is not the first time but because the manager and the other employees make it a good experience I never said anything.

The worst parking lot. Right fit and if you made a mistake pulling in, you are stuck waiting for the drive through to clear until you can leave, which also means, if you’re in the drive through and someone is pulling out who didn’t buy anything, you can’t even pull up. Whoever designed this location should be forced to sit through it daily. Service…the guy made us reorder at the window for some reason and the price went up 2 dollars.

they are probably one of the best tim hortons i have ever been to. the customer service is top tier and they’re food is so fresh especially the donuts when you first come in the morning. will be coming here again and again thank you.

I called the store at 6:30 am for 5 dozens of assorted donuts. I drove there within 10 minutes and my order was ready. Great customer service at this location all the time. Wish they provided more of the Boston custard cream though. Will try to give them an ample notice next time.
