Service was fine, very polite. They came to the counter quickly, took my order. After I was done with my first donut, I wanted some more. They were pleasant enough too quickly. Get me more tim bit’s . Eastpointe,Mi 10 mile & Gratiot and I would certainly tell people to go there, even the drive through people are great. April at the drive through was really nice.

The baked goods are are horrible at least 3 times a week the cookies are always hard they seem like they’re never fresh after Christmas I ordered six cookies for my nieces and my daughters they all was hard they never give you the option anymore for fresh baked goods when Tony used to work here she was the manager she always gave us the option to order fresh baked goods especially if we were going to do a large order when the baked goods the cookies. Their cookies are always burnt sometimes it seems as though as if they sit overnight I ordered I spent about 50 bucks to do through doordash to have some old stale cookies I ordered some some egg and cheese McMuffins a medium coffee and six chocolate chip cookies they didn’t give us the option to bake some more fresh ones when you when you put in those doordash orders I feel like we pay a lot so I feel like for the fresh baked good they should all what we should always have an option for them to be baked fresh but it was a good thing though I actually got my refund back for the cookies so that was a good thing but lately I’ve been traveling to different Tim Hortons avoiding this one cuz this one’s closer to me it seems as when I go to the other locations I always get fresh baked cookies they’re always fresh they’re always fresh

Got my doordash order from them, had the right receipt completely wrong order. When I requested redelivery the manager lied and told doordash that she packaged the order so it has to be right. I literally cant eat the food in the bag because it has meat on it and im vegetarian

I ordered and PAID OVER $8 for 6 shots of espresso and they gave me a black coffee and a pup cup
The lady working the drive through was very rude and abrupt (she told me her name was Sarah). When I went to the pickup window she tried giving my dog a doughnut…WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME!! I don’t feed my dog garbage food. I gladly paid for a pup cup. (If I wanted my dog to get a doughnut, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ONE)
When I got home, I opened my coffee spout and took a sip…I could NOT BELIEVE THEY GAVE ME PLAIN BLCK COFFEE after charging me for 6 shots of espresso

I always come to this location bc its closer to my house, but thier bagels are trash. The bagel is so dry, hard and stale, you can barely bite it, and the cheese is so little. I don’t recommend getting anything here. Even thier iced coffee’s taste like water and syrup. Do better tim hortons, so disappointed.

Got a 40 pack of timbits variety pack and all but four of them were only birthday cake 10 bits. Kinda sucks but this is why people sit at the windows in drive through to check their order.

We had Labor Day party yesterday at the house. My Mom who is 76, bless her soul, picked up box of doughnuts from Tim Hortons in Roseville nearest house. These Tim Hortons doughnuts were sooooo awful, old and stale, I wouldn’t feed them to my dog. She was soooo embarrassed she left party early. She went this morning to see if she could refund or get another box but staff was rude and disrespectful with her. Mind you the absolute dissatisfaction about all this. Shame on you! Obviously not going back and going to spread the word, wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else. Needless to say these doughnuts are in the garbage ️.
