Drive thru was confused what I was asking for and I had to speak to two people. The blt was burnt with no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise, only bacon on it. My hot chocolate was half full and the rest was whipped cream which made it cold. The door is locked when it it is busy in the morning too

Stopped coming here when the food was tasting old consistently & getting curious enough to investigate inside only to find the place horribly filthy. Not only that but the parking lot flow is set up in such a bad way that half the time morning customers overflow into the main street making it sketchy to even drive by because apparently the giant parking lot it sits in is off limits?

I probably wouldn’t even be sharing this if I wasn’t treated the way that I was, I know that mistakes do happen and it wouldn’t even have been that big of a deal but this evening December 21st at around 5pm I went though and ordered a couple of Asiago bagels with cream cheese and butter but they tasted stale and were slightly burned with only butter.
I called to let them know we were on our way back and what we ordered. The woman working tonight was arguing with us about how they were only put through the oven once and we were not charged for cream cheese as if we were lying, we did not call being rude at all nor did we deserve that treatment. I know some customers can be rude but this was not the case until we were argued with.
I didn’t get her name but I will be calling the Manager after this.

I seem to be going to Tim hortons a lot past couple years. This was one of the cleaner ones I been to in port Huron area. Service was friendly and fast.

Their donuts and coffee are very good. I particularly prefer simple coffee, and they don’t disappoint with their mocha iced coffee here. Great for a warm summer morning where a hot coffee doesn’t seem desirable. Their donuts are also especially good, especially if you arrive early in the morning when the fresh batch is just put out. So warm and delicious and melts in the mouth if you can snag them soon after they are made. Service is nice and the interior has a nice cozy vibe to it, though I usually just get take out. When not using the drive thru, I can just leave through the back, into the parking lot of the large place behind it, and then hop onto Howard and use the light instead which is much more preferable.
