Came through the drive-thru. Told us to pull forward. Waited a good 5-6 minutes for our food and finally got it. They forgot my latte I said hey I ordered a latte she said oh I’m sorry I’ll be right out. Waited 10 minutes. Still no latte. My husband is but now been inside for about 5 minutes trying to get my drink. This is not fast food and for the prices that they charge I will not be coming here again.

That’s when another woman took my order.. as I get up to the window the young woman was screaming!!!! I heard her though the glass window and I talked to the supervisor and I asked what the issue was and why she was being so angry and she just smiled and said she didn’t know and I told her I didn’t want my order and went to the other one down farther. I would love to have a GM or someone else to contact me me further about this.

Ordered a black dark roast coffee. Got my coffee quick which was great. Got a mile down the road and my coffee taste burnt and is Luke warm. Not hot at all. Definitely old coffee.

just barley earned a 2 star. ordered an online pick up and wasn’t even greeted. they met us with weird hostile stares, didn’t say a single word, and just closed the window once they handed everything out. the donuts look correct, but those are hard to mess up. the breakfast we ordered was ok and just ok.

Dirty bathroom… should have left right then. Placed an order for a sausage sandwich with hash brown and a donut, coffee too. One half of the sausage was a different color and tough and it tasted bad when I bit into it. Hash brown wasn’t included with takeout order, coffee was without cream or sugar as requested so I turned car around and waited a few minutes at the counter. Employees made eye contact, I said “Hello, miss” a few time and was ignored. The couple behind me said the service was bad here. I commented that this was my first time. Again I hailed them staff to which one girl said “Can’t you see we are busy here?” in a nasty tone. You can politely acknowledge we will be with you in a moment when you hear and make eye contact cant you? Is how they are trained here? I will say this was my first experience in a Tim Hortons here and my last.

Ordered on doordash and had to call after 40 mins of them not making the order. Had to call multiple times just to get my order made for the doordash. The person that answered just picked up the phone saying hello not professional at all. Anytime that I have come through the drive thru they are always slow. Would not recommend this place at all.

This place really sucks for service, let me list why.
1) when you order one sandwich, they give it to you without a bag, it’s wrapped but no bag. Its happened to me so many times.
2) they will forget about you when you have to pull forward. A few weeks ago I waited 25 mins, then I had to go in and get my order. They did apologize that they forgot about me but it made me late for work.
3) And this morning I stopped in to get a lunch to take to work, I ordered 2 English muffin sandwiches which are hot, and 1 chocolate dipped doughnut. The doughnut was on top, upside down, not in it’s own bag. Hmm chocolate on something hot!? So I kept beeping my horn to get something to put the doughnut in and got completely ignored. I had to drive through the drive through again for the freaking bag, to only have it pretty much tossed at me.
4) oh and make sure, if you’re lucky enough to get a bag for your food that they give you a napkin! Lacked them many times….
5) they supposedly open at 4 a.m. and I go around 5:30 -5:45 a.m. to grab a lunch for work, there have been many times I can only get a coffee because none of the food is ready , or they are out of eggs. Out of eggs? At 5:30 a.m. ?
I have put up with lousy service for a few years now do to it being the closest to me. Well im done, I will never stop at this location again.

If I could leave a negative star I would. What I’m assuming is a manager up there, was rude two days in a row. Gave me the wrong food then decided she wasn’t going to make it right, blaming it on the young man that took my order. Today she stopped the young man taking my order in the middle of taking my order to help someone behind me. extremely unimpressed you can’t even acknowledge a customer.
