I’ve never ever EVER have had the interaction that I had and the feeling that I have had when what I just experienced at the drive through. We pull up to order and this lady comes on the speaker box. VERY rude, VERY disrespectful, VERY disgusting behavior. Everything is “anything else” with the worst attitude. Can tell she doesn’t want to be there and MISERABLE! snatches our debit card from my boyfriend and pretty much just tosses the food to us. Don’t know her, don’t know her name. The guy that was behind her gave us our ice capp and apologized for her behavior. Long story short, I didn’t want to make a scene so once we got back home I decided to call up there to speak to a manager. Continues to have an attitude and says she was at the window for two hours already so I called her out on it. She still couldn’t even apologize and hung up. Poor customer service, and I’m appalled with what we just experienced.

If you are looking for a fresh donut, bagel or sandwich, shop elsewhere. There is nothing fresh about their food. I swear they buy their donuts from Kroger and resell them. Their bagels are old and dried up, so they automatically toast them for you so that you think the heat made them awful. No. They must be from the day before. This has not changed since the day this store opened up. Old dried out food. Keep driving.

I’m really bummed I have to make this review, and I hope nobody else has to deal with the girl who was screaming this morning while the window was open. There was nobody behind me and it was about 7:45 am. I got to the window and decided I would like an extra shot of espresso. I asked the girl at the window and she was very nice. She asked the girl making my latte to add another shot of espresso and this girl LOST HER MIND. Keep in mind, the window was open. She was yelling saying “why didn’t she ask at the speaker” and swearing and slamming stuff, just being soooo rude. Bottom line, if you don’t want to make coffee in the morning, don’t be a barista at tim hortons I wish I would’ve gotten her name: she was blonde and pretty skinny. I hope this girl sees this and reflects on the way she acted, and control her emotions next time. Signed, a customer who comes to this location everyday.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Tim Hortons, the bagels are hard and stale! The muffins are ok IF they have what you want and the staff acts like they’d rather have their teeth pulled without novacaine than to be there. I go to other Hortons and the bagels are either really really fresh or at least haven’t been out for days. Done with this place.

I asked for A French vanilla iced coffee with two cream, three sugar and it taste like milk coffee and my kids timbits were suppose to be all birthday cake and no sprinkles on them and they’re absolutely disgusting. my drink was unmixed and more than a quarter caramel syrup. the girl in the window laughed about how bad the drink looked while handing me it. disgusting place full of carefree attitude.

I ordered 4 donuts and 1 bagel. Asked for 2 cups of ice water and they wanted to charge me an additional $4. For ice water. I’d understand if it was a bottle of water, but a small cup of ice water should not cost $2. They gave me one napkin with my whole order.
The staff working the drive through were extremely friendly. The manager, or as I was told, District Manager, is the one who decided to start charging guests for water. Sad.

Every time I go there they screw up something. I’ve had coffee so burnt it was un drinkable. Today, my latte wasn’t full to the top, they forgot straws, napkins, and my kids chocolate milks! The latte has barely any flavor in it. Will for sure not be going here again. Wasted money.
