I usually don’t do reviews but I had to do this one. I just left this place from working a 10 hour shift i just wanted some coffee and a sandwich. The guy at the window was so rude I don’t know if he was the manager or one of the workers, but he was rude to his coworkers as well and he started being rude to me. I just thought y’all should know. I really wanted to say more, but thank God for who he is and how far he brought me from. I just asked a question about my coffee. He got rude. Just thought y’all should know that the service there in the atmosphere was not there this morning, but I’m learning not to let people take me out of my character. I gave it a poor review all around because they’re dirty. No one in line but me and the first time my food was handled with bare hands, second time same girl put gloves on, touched her ear and then went on to make my food. I called her out and she offered to remake my food but very sassy and rude. This specific employee worked around 7am on Mondays wearing the headset both times

Dirty! Ordered bagel /cream cheese and 2 other items. Danielle grabbed my bagel with her bare hands and put it in my bag. I told her I didn’t want it at that point. She said she had no gloves. I recommended she use a napkin or something when she’s handling the food. She said she couldn’t do that (not sure why!) She told me she would credit me back for the transaction and I never received the refund Obviously, the employee need training and guidance from their managers!

I have witnessed three separate incidences where crew members are getting screamed at and disrespected and cussed at. Today was the final straw when it sent a worker into a panic attack. I have never been so shocked in my own neighborhood to witness something so sad. I will not be back and will also be contacting corporate.

After 4 different chances at this location, I’m forced to write a bad review. My main issue is the employees seem to have zero training on handling food for the public. They grab donuts with their long, fake nails and throw them in the bag. They don’t even put the wax paper around the donut properly, or even keep the donut in it. Instead your dirty donut’s frosting is now left all over the bag. Why wouldn’t management provide gloves? It’s common sense and it blows my mind that it happens repeatedly. Gross practices and my donut was rock hard. I won’t be back.

I was so excited that this was opening up, it’s right on my way to work and I have given them a try probably 4 times but every time I get a drink it’s made wrong, the bacon snack wrap I got today was cold and falling apart. Not sure if they do not have the staff trained right or if Tim’s in general is just not what it used to be to be. I had a similar experience at a different location recently. I think I’ll try the Biggby across the street though.

Beware… their prices are much higher than other franchises in the area. They charge $3.35 for a large coffee, compared to $2.95 at the 23 Mile & Hayes location. They also charged me $4 more for a large can of coffee than other nearby stores. I can’t stand when new businesses price-gouge just because they’re the only option in the area.
