Poor customer service. I stood at the counter watching the employees congregate near the takeout window and laugh for several minutes before I was acknowledged. I asked for sprinkle/birthday cake timbits, but they gave me honey dipped. When I asked for them to fix it, they argued and gave me an attitude. I also asked for sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin meals and they did not give me the hashbrowns. I paid for the food and now have to pay for their mistakes. Incompetent and rude is an understatement.

Very unwelcoming. Once you walk inside every employee avoids eye contact and will ignore that you exist until you leave. Service is atrocious I’ve waited 10 minutes for service before leaving with 5 employees behind the counter. Another time I walked out 2 employees were smoking weed behind the building next to the dumpster. Poor management and poor service. I go to 7/11 for my coffee now.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Customer service was terrible, I ordered something, and was given the wrong product(something cheaper than what I ordered mind you) and was given an attitude when I asked if I can get my original order I had asked for. When the manager was done throwing a fit, I just told them nevermind I’ll just keep what I got since it’s such an inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend this spot, you’re better off going to Dunkin up the road.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons. I’ve been to especially for this to be in such a nice area. It’s dirty looks very unkept trashy on the outside and the workers always seem to not wanna be there or they’re still sleep no matter what time of the day it is. Where are the owners??? Why isn’t this place that is providing food service left so unkept and unsanitary? Are they coming by to check the business or are they just collecting money???

I’m usually not one to complain, but this bothers me. I come here quite often, since it’s close to work. I order the same thing almost every time. Please tell me in WHAT universe is this a full, large iced latte?
Don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious, as always. However, the staff needs to prioritize quality over speed. For the same price, I could wait a little longer at Starbucks and get more for my money.

Will not return to this location. I got a bacon and egg bagel for $6. It was decent. I ordered at the speaker box, and as I pulled away, I noticed the 2 for $6 sandwiches. When I got to the window, I said, I missed that sign (it was small), I wouldn’t had spent $6 dollars on 1 sandwich, when I could’ve gotten 2, (didn’t matter to me, if it wasn’t bagels or not). I asked if I could switch my order to the 2 for $6, or add on a second sandwich and adjust the price, or something, and the lady said, no she can’t do it. I said, Im not allowed to change my order at all?, she replied, no I can’t do it, can’t help you, sorry. The morning rush was over, it was almost 10am, there was only 1 car behind me that didn’t stop at the speaker box, and the store was fully staffed as I could see at least 5 or 6 people in the front. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free, or get over, I simply wanted an accommodation, or the opportunity to change my order, over something so simple, and wouldn’t had cause any long wait periods for anyone. She was very unreasonable, unpolite, and probably prejudice. I don’t patronize Tim Hortons at all, I probably visit maybe 3 times a year, if that. Looking for new breakfast place to eat at, that’s different, and I will never come to this location ever again, and probably skip Tim Hortons all together. Very disappointing and unnecessary for her not to be accommodating.

I drove all the way there to get everyone Tim Hortons at work. Ordered some coffees and 2 bagels with cream cheese and ham. Got all the way back to work just to realize that there was no ham on either of the bagels (which cost $2 extra). I went all the way back and told them they forgot the ham. Since it was not my order I asked them to make fresh ones. Instead of saying oh you can just keep the other bagels for the inconvenience the girl grabbed them and just tossed them right in the trash. Im not trying to be greedy or anything but if they were just going to throw them out in front of my face they should have kindly offered them as I had to drive all the way back and get the correct order after they messed up my first order. Its just sad that they waste food like that and dont even offer compensation after I had to drive back and forth to get the correct order. Not to mention the caps were loose on the coffees so it was spilling everywhere in my car. Do better Tim Hortons….Do Better.

Horrible management horrible coffee makers they give you water with cream then when you call they hang up on you! Rude people let me tell you then in the drive thru they can’t even take your order without being stupid about it. Take your business down the street. Hope yall shut down cause it’s even dirty on the inside.

Ordered an iced coffee, they gave me a hot coffee and than argued with me about my order and did not want to correct THEIR mistake I normally don’t review places but even the manager was unhelpful and the staff was very rude. Go to any other Tim Horton in the area.
