This location is conveniently located on my way to work, sadly the “hot” food is always served cold. Breakfast croissants do not taste good when the cheese isn’t even melted. I have asked if they could warm it and they claim they have no way to do so.

Very rude drive threw employee. Some guy that looks like he hasn’t even bathe. And on top of it has a very nasty attitude. I asked for napkin’s, that was an issue. I asked for my receipt another issue. My ordered French Cap & old fashion chocolate dip donut. One of the donuts were hard as a rock. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Horton loaction.

Went and got a coffee and bagel paid extra for cream cheese ummm let me show a picture! The guy was too worried about singing whips and chains excite me in the window instead of worrying about making food correct. Oh and I asked for it to be double toasted… this like the 4th time I came here and it’s messed up every time. I almost went back to complain I should have. But I work midnights and I was tired. Ughhh

Usually this place is mostly fine, but today? ️ My friend was using the restroom before ordering, and they came in to hassle her, twice, then made a sow’s ear of her order, and messed that up, with cold, undercooked eggs and a weird, salty croissant, and a double/double coffee that was apparently just 4 sugars. If we hadn’t been so frustrated with the staff, we’d have gone in and talked it out, but we’re just over this nonsense. I don’t recommend this place. Seriously, just keep going down the road, there is a McDonald’s on the left.

Crew was loud; cutting up, picking at each other and hooting and hollering. Counter service was excellent, but it was very unpleasant to be in the restaurant with all this going on behind the counter.

Been a regular here for a little over a year, never once have I ran into issues. I have nothing but good things to say about this crew. Everyone is awesome there I wanna give a shout out to Hailey serenity and Nick for always making my order just how I like it. This is the a first time and place that I can walk into and they already know what I’m ordering For the day, I work at the Mount Clemens post office down the street so it’s very convenient to stop in when I leave out for the day. I highly recommend anybody go to this Tim Hortons for a friendly fast service.
