Went in and asked for cruellers asked for a dozen and the girl said we can’t the glazer is down. But the other location said they will make them but here they rather not get business. Only 30 mins to do for the other location this one is too busy and the customer is an inconvenience so sorry you’re in the retail and customer service business but don’t want to do it. Will not come to this location and will have others go elsewhere. Only two people inside drive thru has no service.

Nice guy working, but breakfast bagel sandwiches were not good. Eggs were green, bagel didn’t seem fresh. Whole sandwich dry and we couldn’t eat them but traveling, so couldn’t go back. Never again eating Tim Hortons, but I appreciate the guy was nice.

I struggled to spend a $50 gift card here over time. Every visit, something was wrong. Many times the employee fixed it, but plenty of the problems never should’ve happened. I prefer the dark roast coffee. Late morning, I asked the employee if it was fresh. If not, I’d be happy to wait. Instead, he poured the coffee and walked straight to the microwave with it. The Tim Horton’s slogan is ‘Always Fresh.’ Not sure what this location’s slogan is. The second location in town unfortunately doesn’t honor loyalty cards or gift cards. Sad biscuit photo attached.
Edit because I see no way of replying to their reply: I called and spoke with management on more than one occasion. I addressed people in person about problems, also. Literally every visit something is wrong. I tried a mobile order on my last visit, and it wasn’t even started when I arrived (to an empty drive thru). Done trying.

The food is pricey but taste good. Coffee is good. Good prices compared to starbucks and taste better in my opinion. Love the offers on the app. The iced Capps are my fave. Always clean. Super friendly workers.

My husband and I frequent this Tim Hortons drive thru usually with no problems but today at 4:30 we ordered two French Vanilla Cappuccinos and the cups weren’t even 3/4 full the whipped topping didn’t even come close to the top and they were luke warm. I hope this is not what will happen in the future. We should have went back but we didn’t.
