I’m not sure of the lady’s name that was working the window when I came through, but she was multitasking flawlessly. She handed me my macchiato and told me that she hoped I liked it. I’ll be honest, it is the absolute best macchiato that I’ve had from Tim Hortons! Just the right amount of everything!

I had to go back to get them to correct my order and they still didn’t get it right. I ordered an iced chai latte and it tasted literally like coffee with 1 sugar in it. When I said it tasted like coffee the lady told me “that’s cause it is coffee”. Iced chai does not have coffee in it. Then when she gave me the corrected iced chai it just tasted like sweeter coffee. Just train your employees correctly.

This Tim Hortons location is the absolute best. Very clean , fair price, and fast service. The two employees who helped me yesterday were very polite , helpful , and my coffee was served fresh and hot. If you’re in a rush this location has a drive thru. The interior of the building is very aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be back to this location when passing through Springfield. The bagels and sandwiches are also available as well!

Usually drive thru for breakfast. Coffee drinks are very good but breakfast sandwiches are often served lukewarm and cheese not melted. Quality sacrificed for speed… Pastries are predictable but good.

Very nice. The lady at the counter was grateful customers were coming in. Told me what they were no longer offering and apologized for it but it I understood. It was nice to see another fast food place open dine in again.

Did not rate atmosphere as we drove thru. Pumpkin spice donuts are back and I’m a fan. The staff are always pleasant to me. Plus it’s really close to home. Next the croissant club for lunch is a good idea or ….. hmm
