The worst experience I’ve ever had. If the wait wasn’t bad enough. 15+ minutes for a wrap coffee and 10 tidbits. Being the only one in line when I arrived. I was told to wait until they can get to me. Weird that no one was in the restaurant… but I waited finally ordered to some problems on the other end which took a while to place a simple order. As I wait for my food at the window cars are now lining up. At the window I waited to pay. Then waited to get my card back. Made me uncomfortable how long she kept it. I paid. Then she started to make my food. I watched as she made my warp wrong. I asked for no tomatoes. She was the one who took my order. After 10 minutes I get my food. I told her that I saw her put tomatoes on. Before I finished speaking those words she starts to just yell at me. I was just trying to tell her to be more mindful. Instead I had to drive off because I was being yelled at. I will not repeat what this special girl had to say. I want to speak to management. I will follow up with this disrespect.

Unfortunately, this location has gotten worse and worse over the years. I have given them many chances, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, their donuts are some of the driest, inedible that I’ve ever had. I don’t even think they make new food very often and just keep recycling leftovers. Well we get in the freeway I take a drink of my coffee and my lord they dumped so much sugar in my coffee 1 I’m a diabetic and I drink I don’t drink or eat anything with sugar. This location was one of the worst I have ever been to. The person at the counter was unpleasant. My friend and I waited to be served for ten minutes or more. Half the time we stood there without the employee even acknowledging us. All of the tables were visibly dirty with used napkins, litter, and crumbs. The food was not fresh. My bagel tasted old and burnt. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
