Went with my sister and did a pick up order. They didn’t even know that it was there until we went in. Waited around 20 minutes for them to make the wrong coffee. Now we wait again for the correct coffee….wrong size made so now she’s got to put it in a bigger cup and make up the difference. Long hair around food products with no hair nets.

Popped in here in between my kids basketball games last week. Wife and I ordered the redbull refreshers. Very disappointing. Terrible value. Tasted like cleaning supplies. My kids shared some Tim bits, they were perfect as usual. The most disappointing part of the visit was the service. People behind the counter very short with my wife and I. Almost had an attitude that we were there. I won’t be back.

I think waking up in the morning people should be greeted politely by people that actually want to work or at least be in a good mood. The cashier was polite, but the manager seemed like he was in a bad mood. I didn’t want to be there. It just ruins the experience.

I spoke to an employee regarding the fact I did not get my full order. She said and I quote, “I just work here. There is nothing I can do for you because I just got here at 12, I wasn’t involved in that order” I asked to speak with the person that made my order so she could in fact hit the “refund” button so I could get my money back for the two chicken noodle soups and the 20pk of Timbits I did not receive” she told me I couldn’t because that employee left when she got there… I ordered it after noon so…. Hmmm. She hung up on me after the other employee in the background told her to. Very unprofessional. All I was asking for was to be refunded for the items I did not receive and for the soup she said that wasn’t offered at that store for “two years now”, even though the website for this location states it does. Very disappointing. Please do better Tim Hortons. : (

We come in almost every weekend and we are looking for a new place to get coffee. Every weekend, this location is out of something or we are told “the truck has not come in”. The same employees show up every weekend but they argue, they complain, they do not work as a team. Yesterday, one of the employees yelled “I can’t make stuff with frozen milk!” It is an extremely busy location but it is not enjoyable

We love this Tim Hortons. They’re always clean and nice to us. Sometimes they have more in the back of something if you think they’re out, so it’s still worth trying even if you didn’t make it first thing in the morning .
