I decided to try again and yet again they failed terribly. Didn’t put donuts inside anything just threw them in the bag. Ruined the donut and I threw it away. Sausage on the sandwich was burnt and inedible. I will never go back.
Idk what happened to this place but they make everyone pull off with no instructions on where to go and then don’t know who’s foods who. Took 10 minutes for a sweet tea and it came out unsweetened I had to come back out. This place is a joke

Every time I visit my drink takes over 20 minutes due to the fact no one takes care of the front counter or even acknowledges people at the counter. Need to staff more people or faster people. I’m tired of paying 6.50 for a drink not even filled all the way.

this is honestly the WORST Tim Hortons in the city. It’s ridiculous I always try to give them a fair chance , I’m even patient when I’m literally the only customer and it still takes 30 mins for items to come out. The quality is TRASH AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. we’d be better off with a Dunkin’ Donuts at this location. Management needs to pay attention to the quality here.

The only problem I have with this store and it is one of the best stores in the area is the fact that the ice cap machine has been broken. I would say over 10 days. I called yesterday and they said it was working. So after work to day, I drove over here and it’s broke again. You need to get a service person out here and make sure they do their work or buy a new one. That’s one of your top sellers. Other than that, your employees have pleasant personalities.And are always cordial and nice

dude at the windows was incredibly rude, laughed at my frustration of my drink not tasting right. i asked for more creamer and sugar bc my coffee didn’t taste right and he gave it to me in seprate cups then handed me my foods and didn’t even say anything. the coffee still taste bad and the food is pretty bad too.

Pretty standard Tim Hortons, I love the Iced Capp, and I pretty much swing through and get one every time I go by a Tims. I’ve had great experiences and service at the expected level at just about every Tim Hortons I’ve gone to. This location specifically I’ve been to several times and is my go to stop for coffee when I’m in the area. I made the drive/detour on my way home from the UD campus just to get an Iced Capp!

I’m done with this TIM HORTONS on Patterson rd. I sometimes stop in the morning on my way to work, but lately this location has been SLOW and unprepared. After this week I will never go BACK!!! THEY ARE NASTY!!!!! I placed my order asked for a muffin, it was a 10 minute wait, I said no as again I’m On my way to work, I ordered egg bites, and a everything creasount sandwich, and a drink….. I pay received my drink and was asked to pull up, …..I pull up to the front door IM WAITING……………………..7 minutes go by I now get out my car and go into the store to get my food, the cashier said they are waiting on the* egg bites …I said never mind I need to go…just refund me the egg bites and I will just take the sandwich……..the cashier walks away……..then another worker walks past with the muffins, REMEMBER was a 10 minute wait………..so again the cashier has walked away……..now a worker carrying egg bites ….IN HIS HANDS..(gloved) NOT in a food tray or some other container. IN HIS HANDS….walks past PUTS the egg bites in the Microwave AGAIN NO FOOD TRAY OR OTHER CONTAINER just on the microwave plate!!!!
Now here comes the cashier from where ever she went putting on gloves going over to the microwave to take the egg bites out of the microwave AGAIN NO food tray or other container WALKS from the microwave to the front then puts the egg bites into a food container then into a bag AND HANDS IT TO ME!!!!!! HELL NO!!!……….then AGAIN WALKS AWAY I said excuse me I need a manager, the cashier go to a woman who I guess is the manager…..she not looking towards me said it will be a minute!!!! I again call out I need a manager!!!!! Another woman comes over and said,……what’s the problem!? I said I need a refund!!! I didn’t like the way the food was handled and now the other sandwich was COLD!!!….She walks away goes to the same woman the cashier went to….that woman then comes over to me asked me what I had and gives me a refund. AND WITH ALL THIS IM NOW LATE FOR WORK!!!!

This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST tim hortons. The lines are long and once u get to the window they pull you up for COFFEE. After waiting for so long they FORGET about you then once you go in and ask about your order they will give you the WRONG order. If you want to have a good morning AVOID this location. After several HORRIBLE experiences I had to leave a review and vow to NEVER go back to that location.
