Food is good for the most part. Pretty annoying that when I asked for extra cream cheese on a bagel, I didn’t even get enough to cover it. Maybe enough for 1/4 of the whole bagel.

I go here a lot as it’s on my way to work, I didn’t always have this issue but recently every time I get my usual – Bagel with strawberry cream cheese – they barely put any cream cheese on it. I understand that they won’t put as much as I would put on myself, but it’s literally a hint of cream cheese with my bagel.

The young girl working upfront was nice and tried to help but every time I tried to get something they didn’t have it. I keep seeing similar reviews. It’s bad management. Coffee wasn’t good so I don’t see myself coming back. This was my first time trying Tim Hortons and it wasn’t a very pleasant one.

Folks were friendly, order was accurate and ready quickly. Got a 20 box of Timbits and it was verified that they were “assorted”. We got blueberry and glazed, while they were delicious, I guess we’re just used to variety.

My daughter and I came by this Tim Hortons this morning. Usually we just go through the drive thru but decided we just eat inside. The staff is extremely friendly and the food was great. My daughter gave thumbs up how yummy the donuts were. We will surely visit again real soon.

Serivice was horrible the csr on the drive thru kept sighing over the mic cause we werent finished with the order(family of 4) mind you we were the ONLY customers. Ordered the sunrise sunset red bull drink, they gave the bluberry one and got upset when we told them it was the wrong one remade it with an attitude. Ordered the number #4 bacon, double egg and cheese, came ice cold, bacon had coagulated fat from sitting in the fridge only had one egg out of the 2 that was supposed to be on it that was ice cold aswell and the hashbrown was just defrosted and put in bag wasnt even heated or fried. The donuts were heavily dipped in icing. The avacado toast was just a piece of bread not even toasted. The coffee is terrible.

My personal experience wasn’t pleasant at all but the circumstances the staff were dealing with at the time were stressful. I would of one stared them but I understand if there is a crazy person outside it can make your job harder. Food was about what you would get off McDonald’s breakfast menu but the coffee was good so…

This Time Hortons is a Joke, just close it down. In 3 years they have nothing but panini if you are lucky. Their menu is only for display, not to serve customers.
