My order was way off from what was actually ordered. All the sizes were wrong. One drink for a small child. The lady that answer the call was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with via CSR for Hortons. She then passed the buck to someone else. I will never order from here again. The other coffee shops are much better in quality and actually friendliness anyhow.

Wow! Either they never have what you want or they try to rip you off and give you poor quality drinks. Let me explain! I go to the drive thru and order a iced beverage, hot beverage and a donut (free with drinks) and when i got to the window. He scans my barcode on the app for the free donut. The price remained the same…. I asked the dude if it took off my donut and he had a hard look and said “Yes it did”. Gave the card back and didn’t give a receipt so it seemed fishy. I go on the card i paid with to see the price and it was the same. I confronted the dude and told him i just looked at the receipt and it did NOT take off for my donut. He looks at the screen again and said “yeah. You’re right. It didn’t. Sorry bout that”. He gave me my change back. I then received my iced beverage and then continued to wait for the hot one. They came back with another iced coffee and we told them it’s supposed to be hot. We waited 4-7mins for them to remake the HOT BEVERAGE. They bring the beverage out and you know what these guys did?? They took all the ice out of the other beverage and just poured it in a HOT CUP!!!!!!!!! So i didn’t even get a hot latte.. i received a cold latte. I will NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK!!!!

Awful app rewards and customer service! The app let’s you use your rewards points or bank them for later. Well, I was banking them, but when I went to order I had lost 223 points! Apparently, you can bank your points but only for a specific time, a detail that they failed to mention! I looked further and another 116 points were expiring today! So, I made an online delivery order to redeem my points. I had 375 points available and what I ordered was 340 points. In addition, there were deals. I activated all of the deals and I ordered one of the deal items. However, at checkout, the app took my payment but no points were redeemed nor deals were applied! As a result, I paid full price for the items, a delivery fee, and a small cart fee! I figured that it must have been a glitch in the app so I was going to cancel the order and reorder, but guess what? That’s not an option in the app! Then, I called the store and they said that they couldn’t cancel it from their end, that I had to do it from mine! I explained that the app wasn’t giving me that option and they said that there was nothing that they could do! I’m beyond furious and extremely disappointed! Never again!

I love the Tim’s in Bucyrus Ohio enough do repeat business three to five times daily. Marissa has gotten so good she is preparing my order as soon as my tires touch Tim’s country which is so convenient when I can’t seem to move till the last minute. I will tell you Marissa and her Bucyrus staff are phenomenal, friendly, and prompt.

Until recently I never knew if my order was going to be “correct” since it was made differently every time. However, they have a new Assistant Manager, Marissa, who is always ready to greet you with a smile, and wants to make sure that orders are made correctly and quickly!

The store in Bucyrus, Ohio is a joke! They’re rude and half the time, they screw up your order. Also, good luck calling to get your problems solved. They leave the phone off the hook so it rings busy ALL DAY LONG!!! Seriously, how hard is it to screw up 10 PLAIN TIM BITS!?!

My dogs and I go to Tim’s everyday. I drive 1 hour round trip for our treats. Marissa is always there. Smiling and happy to see my babies. She feeds them their breakfast every morning. We used to drive to another store, but when Marissa changed locations, so did we!! Sometimes a restaurant is not just about food and drink, it’s about kind, smiling faces and great service!
