I had ordered 20$ worth of food and did not receive half of it. The one of two bagels we ordered had hair in it and we never received the second one. We also ordered a chicken noodle soup and the entire bag and food in the bag was soaked because someone had threw the cup of soup in the bag, literally.

After being told that bread wasn’t part of coming with the soup if I got cracker’s I then called the manager in which was unprofessional with a major attitude then was hung up on. I can promise her job won’t last long after I make several calls into corporate. Good luck with keeping that job clown

I don’t want to eat or drink anything from Tim Hortons after I read the sodium warning there is better donuts elsewhere and pretty much every restaurant now has iced coffee so I won’t miss Tim Hortons one bit. I will just wait on Starbucks and get some cake pops.
