First I want to say I love Tim Hortons Coffee, I go there multiple times a day! Mostly to the one in Coshocton Ohio.
This particular Tim Hortons, the parking lot is deplorable. My vehicle could be swallowed by the massive holes. Usually the service is ok, but this morning it was slow, but also rushed and very flat. The Ethics following the services was very undertones, with very little emotion. No vibe, but dull.
I still love the coffee, and I understand everyone’s day is not going to be good sometimes.
So I am really just hoping for a better days.

The last two times I ordered Tim Hortons on the app, when I arrived at the store, they were out of the items I ordered. I was told at the store they could not refund me, that I had to go through the app to be refunded. When I went through the app, they told me only the store could refund me. I still have not been refunded for two medium drinks and three donuts that I have paid for, but never received. I understand being out of items, however, I refuse to support a company that will charge me for items that I have not received and then claim they cannot refund me.

Been going to this location for years and have always had good service and very fast in the early mornings! Pastries are my favorite breakfast sandwiches never disappoint. Coffee is always fresh and yummy! Thanks for always making my day when I drive thru for a treat for myself! You guys are awesome!

Exactly what I expected from TH: friendly staff, reasonably good coffee at affordable price, fresh baked items. I told my barista that’s the latte wasn’t hot enough and she offered me a complimentary hot coffee. The dining area was clean and fresh. Highly recommend for anyone driving south from OH through I-77S.

Haven’t been to Timmy Ho’s in a while- this was a great one! Both ladies working were nice and attentive, coffee was hot and fresh and the donut case was filled! Way to go ladies!

In case you feel like driving out of your way for coffee and ice cream, don’t. No more Cold Stone here. Also no baby changing station, and poo splatters on their nasty toilet. My cold brew tasted more like tea than coffee and my husband’s turkey bacon sandwich was both wet and dry somehow in the least delicious way possible.

Staff is friendly and the coffee is good but our hash browns tasted like they had been refried multiple times and weren’t edible, and the wraps were lacking any seasoning or flavor (salt, pepper, ANYTHING?!). Not particularly impressed, but I’m not sure if it’s just this location or the entire chain.

Friendly employees. Breakfast sandwich was cold. No running water in the women’s bathroom sink. From the looks of previous reviews, this is an ongoing issue. Employees claim they have told the manager about this more than once. Someone needs to step up and take charge of this place.
