I was a regular at Tim Hortons for a while but they became so inconsistent that I just gave up. It became so routine to order something online, have it handed to me then having to turn right back around to go to the drive through to have them fix my order- even for a simple coffee with cream and sugar. My last time I went there I ordered 4 DIFFERENT donuts online and when I went I received them I looked in the bag and saw 4 plain donuts- I checked the app to see if the mistake was on my end but no- they just carelessly threw 4 plain donuts in the bag- they didn’t even attempt to get the order right. I’m not the type give workers a hard time because I understand they’re probably understaffed and overworked but it has gotten to the point where they were completely careless. I really like Tim Hortons but I don’t come anymore because I don’t feel like the hassle of leaving just to turn right back around for constant errors for simple orders (my orders were basic. Nothing fancy or complicated)

I was the only car in the drive through today. I ordered Avocado toast with egg & bacon. I was charged $2.08 for the bacon (clearly printed on my receipt)……..I opened the box, and NO bacon. So I drove back around through the drive through, and the gal at the window said it wasn’t my fault ~ it’s printed on the receipt. The cook came to the window (obviously embarrassed & felt bad) and said “it was my fault, I’m sorry”. My advice to the gal ~ just apologize next time and say “well take care of that for you”. No need to embarrass and blame your co-workers. Also, it takes 2 seconds to glance at the food & match it to the ticket before handing it out the window. My reaction would have been much different, if I would have had to drive all the way back for a refund………

I was so excited to find a Tim Hortons. Funny they closed so early last evening…9 PM. But worth the wait. I forgot how HOT the teas and coffee could be… the blueberry glazed Timbits were just as good as I remember. The cashier was super friendly. The store smells the same as back home. Strongly recommend! This location is a good example of what I miss about this Canadian chain!!

My hot coffee was barely lukewarm and when I opened the top was filled about 3/4 of the way, leading me to guess I got the little bit that was left in the pot. Not a great way to start my morning.

The food, coffee, and service here was great the manager who took our order(older woman with blonde bobbed hair and bright pink lipstick)at the drive through was rude and condescending. When we pulled up through the drive through we asked for an asiago bagel with cream cheese, she gave a rude response to my mother who was placing the order and said something along the lines of “mam we don’t have asiago bagels anymore and their not even on the menu” it wasn’t really what she said it was how she said it.

The first Tim Hortons We have seen in a long time. My wife is Canadian and I love Tim Hortons. This was such a great surprise and start to our day. The apple fritter was the usual absolutely delicious and the donuts fresh and delicious. The woman at the window was charming. I wish we had these near Pittsburgh. I recommend if your near Toledo that you stop.
