The drive-thru had at least eight cars in line when I pulled up so I decided to go inside .
The staff was busy and bustling around for the drive-thru orders as no one was inside at the counter when we went inside .
They had all the donuts in hot and fresh and they even had seasonal Easter Bunny bottoms up. Raised donuts with the donut hole in the middle which was cute and enjoyed tremendously by the kids .
We did not get any drinks today, but they have a full selection of coffees and cappuccinos as well as cold brew, tea, milk and juice .
The gentleman who waited on us at the counter was quick and friendly and very helpful .
We were in there at breakfast time and they had a full breakfast menu, which many people had ordered because they were busy making the sandwiches as we were at the register to check out .
They offer K-Cups of their world famous Tim Hortons coffee as well as coffee grounds, which is nice for take home or gifts.
They do have gift cards available that you can purchase and if you have the app there are many benefits .
If you’re using the app, you can earn points if you use it every time you’re checking out, you can add a method of payment as well as order ahead .
I attempted to order ahead through the app and I found it a little bit difficult to navigate through the half a dozen that I wanted to get, I was having a hard time choosing the ones that I wanted instead of just a put together half dozen pack, so I decided to go and order them directly.
I did have them scan my app when I paid for payment as well as earning points .
There seem to be many people inside the restaurant that we’re enjoying the dining room with coffee and breakfast and pastries which was really nice .
Overall, by the time I got back out to the car, all of the cars that were in drive-thru had already been helped and sent through which was really good timing !
So whether you go in the drive-thru or inside the lobby you’ll be waited on just as quickly .
I believe with it being during the week and before school and office hours, they definitely have enough staff to help and get everybody through the drive-thru lickety split! We always come back to Tim Hortons and we enjoy it when they have fresh hot selections and everything is in stock .
My personal favorite was the blueberry sour cream donut and it was amazing today.
And by the way, don’t forget to get your timbit packs for the kids, even my older kids enjoy digging in and grabbing a couple of the flavors that are tossed in .
You’re able to actually choose your own flavors or have them do a variety and the variety never fails to put a smile on everybody’s face !

I’m a Tim Hortons coffee junkie, so much so since they’re not in my area, I have it delivered. When I’m traveling back to my hometown in Ohio, I’m a thrice+ daily visitor for their coffee! During my last visit, my dad wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so I took him to the restaurant expanding my repertoire to breakfast sandwiches and donuts but the experience was horrible. The drive-thru claimed they were out of croissants, but when I went inside I discovered a whole bin hiding in plain sight. The donut team lectured me for not telling them I wanted to select my own donuts and then dramatically tossed the ones they had already put in the box back in the bin. But the real kicker was our sandwiches , now on an English muffin since they were “out” of croissants. I guess it was too much trouble to make an egg for each sandwich? Instead we received one sandwich with a laughable egg fragment, pilfered from its twin. Seriously, Tim Hortons? Needless to say, after this I’ll never be able to explain my love for Tim Hortons.

Enployees close the store early because they don’t want to serve customers. Pull up at 4:48pm, they close at 5. Employee refuses to talk through speaker. Pull up to window and employee is standing there refusing service even though they’re open another 12 mins. Call the store, the employee whos standing there answers the phone with “we’re closed” and hangs up. 4:48pm and closes at 5pm. They need to hire new people.

The person manning the register I believe Anthony has horrible customer service and refused to even speak to me or another man at the register for over 15 minutes I had to leave so I wasn’t late for work.

I spent $20 here. $4 on my drink and $16 on gas in the drive thru with a mere two cars in front of me. My little Japanese car gets good mileage too. If you come here bring a picnic basket and go inside.

I always go through drive thru. I normally just get a ice coffee here but they have always been soooooo good. Never wait long. And never had any problems here. You can go inside to get your order and to eat.
