Haven’t gotten donuts from here in quite a while but decided to give it a try. 9.00$ for 6 donuts. Not much filling for the price. Went to Walmart for a better selection. Half the price.

This store has struggled in the past tohave good managers and committed staff… the crew that assisted me on the morning of Nov 15, 2025 was top notch… friendly, ready to fill a large order, and quick. Those may seem like expected minimum standards, but in Bellefontaine… we have a knack for ruining well-established food chains with terrible local human resources… kudos to Tim Hortons for hiring competent people.

Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. And I had my sister hand the guy at the window my cash app card to pay for my coffee and timbits. Dude stood there and just looked at my card, didn’t even attempt to insert my card, and told me that my card was declined when it has more than enough on it to pay for an $18.00 order. And normally with cash app if the card doesn’t recognize a place it will decline the transaction and send a notification. I didn’t receive a notification or anything. Granted I used the same card 3 days prior to today at the same Tim Hortons and it worked just fine. It’s not that hard to use a debit card…just insert the side that has the chip and wait for the screen to say remove card. If you don’t know how to use a debit card then why run the drive thru? Thankfully I had cash. Granted that cash was for something else.

Wow! Sunday morning and terrible service. Sat at pickup window for 7 minutes waiting on our order. One sandwich was a breakfast BELT minus the egg. What we received was pathetic. A bagel with one slice of bacon and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato. We had to go inside to ask for it to be fixed. No apology from anyone. Lots of workers in there but no teamwork. Just everyone watching everyone else struggle

You might not be able to throw a rock in Bellefontaine and not hit a coffee shop nowadays but our Tim Hortens has never missed a beat for me and I know for many of us it’s still Tim Hortons or nothing!

People were nice which is why I have 1 star, but the store is horrible. Stopped here after driving two hours to get coffee, and ice cream. Went into restroom, which was dirty. I can understand needing paper picked up, but a dirt ring around the inside of the toilet where they havent been cleaned is grossed. My son wanted ice cream and it looked like there was nothing there. Most of the plans were empty with dried ice cream around the sides, when my son looked at it a little weird, he asked if he could go to Dairy Queen instead. There was a mop bucket by the front windows with puddles of water all over the floor but no wet floor sign out. I am not sure what is wrong with your establishment here, but hands down the worse Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too.

Also, please fix your toilets so they flush properly. You really really really need to clean. If you have time to play on your cell phones and chit chat with people, you seriously have time to clean.

I had ordered a grilled cheese and had hoped for a decent combination of bread and cheese but unfortunately had my hopes too high. The bread was pretty under toasted and falling apart while the cheese was unmelted. So the two things that make up a grilled cheese were missing, toast and melted cheese. This probably wouldn’t be a 1 start review but this restaurant is hands down the most astonishing at how incompetent they are. The combination of grown adults who consistently fall short on incredibly simple and easy orders to the quality of food resembling a middle school home economics fail. This local Tim Hortons surprises me everyday that they stay open.
