First and foremost, it sucks that I can’t leave more than one review. I have to erase it in order to do a different review. Today I went in and ordered the chocolate peanut butter Reesie‘s. No, Reese is no peanut butter. I literally paid almost 6 bucks for that.. Refer to the pictures as you can tell. It’s not what I got. There was no peanut butter in it at all. This place is a continuing disappointment. I don’t understand why they can’t get a drink, right And I shouldn’t have to find another coffee spot because they don’t know how to do their jobs.
And since I cannot save the first review. This review was from three months ago. I went ahead and copied it.
Icee Capp machine is down waited 20 minutes inline for nothing. Think they post it at the drive thru not wait til you get to the window. They actually added it on at the drive-through. Then asked if I want something else I said no and never got my money back!!!!! Call up there after I left because I wasn’t trying to hold the line up and trying to find something else. I guess it’s my fault for pulling away even though they knew 30 seconds before they took my money. After a five minute conversation not going anywhere other than it was my fault for leaving I can get a refund if I drive the half hour back.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Not only is there not a manager on site during the evening, the employees are condescending and lack in customers service skills. I ordered a 40 pack of Tim bits, And they brought them to the window and showed me the box and you couldn’t look into the box— they spilt everything bagel seasoning all over them. Gross! Since there was no manager on site, no refund was made.

The employees are nasty, rude and should not be customer facing. Leaders, you need to reevaluate your team. Send in a secret shopper, and you will see what your customers see.

Workers are rude and unprofessional. Talking over me at the speaker and not letting me get my order in and all the Drama central with all the coworkers talking bad about people when I came through the window. My ice cap was watered down like it was old. I asked for a caramel and they gave me a mocha.. they just Can’t follow basic instructions. Also note that The one girl at window smells like fresh cut onions. They need a whole new staff there.

This was my first visit to Tim Hortons, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I arrived between 4:30 and 4:45 PM on December 8, 2025, and stood at the counter for approximately 5–7 minutes without being acknowledged by a single employee. During that time, one staff member walked past me after coming out of the bathroom and did not greet me, make eye contact, or indicate that someone would be with me shortly. She was too busy on her phone.

After continuing to wait with no acknowledgment, I had to walk around the bakery case just to make contact with the other employee working. Only then did she say, “Oh, I can take your order over here.” I explained that I had already been waiting for five minutes, and her response was that she “couldn’t see me over the box coffee containers.” Instead of offering an apology or making an effort to correct the situation, she laughed when I told her this was my first experience at Tim Hortons and that I would not be returning.

As a first-time customer, the lack of basic customer service no greeting, no acknowledgment, no apology was surprising and disappointing. This experience made it clear that customer awareness and attentiveness were not a priority at this location.

Around 7am this morning we decided to go through the drive thru before work. I grabbed a egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon. I pulled up to check it before leaving and there was bacon on the biscuit. Pulled back through and I explained to the cashier what I ordered and what I actually got. I also explained that due to my beliefs I cannot eat bacon and plus I no longer eat meat. I asked her nicely if she could she please have them make a new sandwich. Well, I was given another sandwich (pretty quick),so I thought. I checked it and the biscuit and egg smelled like pork. This is very disrespectful to just remove the bacon thinking that I wouldn’t check. The biscuit was split where they took the bacon off and added another slice of cheese. What if it wasn’t due to my beliefs and I had a food allergy? That would of been a law suit! Beware to those with allergies. I will not be returning to this location.

This Tim Hortons in Marion always always makes my chai lattes wrong. Last time I took it back in and they said it had a shot of espresso in it, which is why it tasted so weird. I don’t know why this is the default way of making them when people don’t ask for it, but they’ve gotten me several times at this point. If I don’t taste it before I drive away and then walk in and get it fixed, it will be wrong every single time. Bummer.

With the price of an extra large now at $2.20, you would think you would get a full cup of coffee. Looks like I was about 50 cents short.

Added 10/05/24: They generally do a good job, are friendly, and attentive. On occasion there is a small issue, but they try to fix it for you. Today, I just didn’t have time. Tim Horton’s, please core your tomatoes. No one wants this on their sandwich.
