I ordered for croissants and I specifically told them toasted with little butter and one vanilla iced coffee with 3 creamer no sugar and they added sugar and they messed up my croissants too … too much butter

My sister left her wallet here by accident. By the time we figured ot out it had been hours and very close to closing when we returned. An employee MET US IN THE PARKING LOT with the wallet because she said she recognized our car! Amazing customer service! Above and beyond by miles! This place sucks. The order is never right, we’re either missing things or just get something completely different than what we ordered. They are also chronically out of things.
Today we ordered 3 turkey bacon clubs and not a single one had turkey on it…. Just some browning lettuce a couple tomatoes and a few pieces of bacon.
0/10 would not recommend wasting your money.

This location deserves 0 stars. I have been fighting for 3 weeks to get the manager to refund money for an order I never received. The kitchen closed early and I had placed an order online. The person at the window told me they couldn’t help me because theyd already closed tge register. I asked her to cancel my order so that it would be automatically refunsed, she said no. I then contacted customer service who said the manager would be in contact to refund me my money and for 3 weeks I have heard nothing after multiple emails. Clearly this manager thinks that I will just let the issue go. Instead, I’m going to file a fraud dispute with my bank. They’ve had their chance to be professional. Clearly that is not their intent at all based on my own experience and the other reviews. Avoid at all costs.

You know after five minutes or so, the cluster of five employees behind the counter might stop their conversation to take your order. Might. They won’t stop in deference to getting your order out to you though. Ol red hatted guy didn’t look up from his phone once, but still made conversation-with all the others.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service, window worker was rude. We specifically requested chocolate timbits in the variety and they said they only had 5 which we said thats fine, then gave us NONE. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I went through the drive-thru for my order. I paid, and they made me pulled up. I paid seven something for two bagles. I just started to eat my bagel and there is no cream cheese on it. It’s like they put enough on it to look like some was there. This is crazy. I will not be going back.
