Thank you Tim Horton Ladies, Lincoln Village. Clumsy me, got that dark roast extra large, needed to go to the gym gave me some motivation to get down to the gym upside down in the backseat. Coffee is everywhere. These ladies didn’t hesitate to give me a brand new coffee, espresso shot, and all. Love you bunches girls stay sweet.

I experienced very poor customer service from the older woman at the drive-thru window. I had to repeat my order several times, and even then, it was still incorrect. After repeating my order numerous times, it was frustrating to receive the wrong items. When I politely explained that the order was incorrect, I was told that I hadn’t specified those items when placing the order. The attitude I received felt very disrespectful. After repeating my order multiple times, it should not have been wrong.

I went inside and wasn’t acknowledged until I’d been standing there at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Drive thru was busy, so apparently front counter guests receive no priority at all. I was on my lunch and could not wait any longer to be helped, so I had to leave.

This was our first time at Tim Horton’s. It was Oct 11th at around 1:30. The drive-thru employee was super friendly and patient, especially considering how long it took us to order! We ordered different coffee drinks and they were all great!

I’m trying to figure out why is it when I order a hot coffee, I always need to ask for a sleeve. It’s a hot coffee. If I wanted to drink it cold I’d order a cold one. So shouldn’t it just be common sense to put a sleeve on a hot cup, so I can drink it while it’s hot? The one I just picked up, the girl closed the window and walked away before i could even ask for one. Great service

Any time I have visited, my order has been wrong. If you order the BLT, make sure you double check that they actually put bacon on it and not just a half ton of lettuce.

Ever since this new manager started this Tim Hortons has become absolutely wonderful. The staff are so incredibly friendly and sweet, and when they don’t have what I want they’re apologetic and understanding of my frustration (offering to make more, if possible). I’m also glad they finally have a few more staff members, makes the wait significantly better. Overall very happy with this location and plan to keep coming back.

Just a little hint the pumpkin ice cap is back and the maple cinnamon cold brew is to die for. Come get one before they’re gone. Absolutely love the customer service here. They have great coupons every time you make a purchase.
