Today my coffee was hot, my croissant soft and flakey, and my donut delish. The cashier was the only employee working at the time so the fact she handled it all and it was hot was the reason I wanted to give this review. I wish I had gotten her name but it was Sat 02/07 about 1145a.

Placed a mobile order this morning, get to the store and waited 10-15 minutes. I kept calling the store multiple times as well. Honked the horn, knocked on the window. Everything. I saw the two female workers inside, ignoring the notifications and everything. I finally was able to get someone on the phone and told them they had a line of people, their response was “the baker didnt show” okay cool, so you cant make my coffee? No, I haven’t made the coffee yet. I am upset because I have a mobile order and now I have to wait for that refund….this store is so inconsistent, the only reason I go is because its on my way to work….but you had 50 minutes of being open and you didnt start your coffee, cold brew, or anything like that? That’s wild. If you’re not open, turn online ordering off and put a sign on your menu outside so I don’t have to tell multiple people you weren’t open. And you CONTINUED to let us sit there.

Went for my usual drink. An oreo iced capp. She rang it up wrong at drive through so I decided to check my drink before we drove off. They forgot the cookie crumbles. I politely asked for it just to be corrected and she said “there is cookie crumbles in there” when everyone in the vehicle clearly saw there was not. She then said “sorry about that” and shut the window without correcting the order.

Ordered a very simple order, A 20 multi pack of TIm Bits, A blueberry muffin and a Peppermint Oreo Ice Cappe. What I received was a 10 pack of Tim Bits which were very old and cold no muffin and the Ice Cappe was terrible. Legitimately tasted like mop water. The cream was old and just weird. Don’t recommend. I assumed so based on the location but figured I’d give it a chance ♂️

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever tried more than once. Consistently mess up drink orders and they’re either way too sweet or watered down. If you purchase coffee from this particular establishment do not expect it to be very good.

The white lady at the drive through window was very rude and unprofessional and when asked about correcting a mistake for a drink she said it was made correctly and it wasn’t. Don’t go here because of the waste of money and rude staff

I had my daughter get me a med coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar substitute they added regular sugar I am a diabetic imagine taking a swallow finding out it’s real sugar in your coffee can someone tell me how hard it is to pay attention and add real sugar instead sugar substitute do better people before you kill someone

I went through the drive-thru to grab some coffee and mentioned a small correction with my order. The lady at the window got rude with me, so I asked if she was having a bad day. She then handed me only two of the three coffees I paid for and told me not to come back. I’ve been going to that location for three years, so I was really disappointed with how I was treated this time.

I was so impressed with how sweet everyone was in the drive thru, my coffee was perfect and my food was exactly how I ordered it. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but well worth it for this kind of customer service. Thank you for starting my day on such a good note!
