Went through the drive-thru today I was very specific of asking to put the parchment paper on top of the donuts by the time I get home the chocolate won’t be stuck to the Brown bag. When I get home the donut what’s wrong I’m so petty because the chocolate was on the brown bag. I didn’t want any more money wasted

Ordered a Large Carmel Iced Coffee (Triple Cream and Triple Sugar), a chocolate dipped donut and an everything croissant with a hashbrown. I received the hash brown, everything croissant and a Ice Cap that was not even the flavor for which I asked for. The person at the window also charged me for two meals mine and someones who drove off. The sandwich was awful and hashbrown was cold. I waited in line for 20 minutes and didn’t have time to wait again, so I tried calling about a refund and no answer several times. This is unacceptable service and double charging someone is bad business. Would not recommend anyone going to this location as service has been bad on several other occasions as well. By far worst experience with Tim Hortons thus far and I am a loyal customer. Please do better.

It’s not all that and should have been better. I’ve heard people rage over this place and could understand why, but this location in particular was shotty. If they had better trained staff that paid attention to quality it would be much better. The vagabonds in the area didnt help the appearance of this establishment either

Served me and my son old stale Tim bits. We only got 8 I asked for two more honey dip. She gave us a whole other box in which that pack had 1 honey dip in a 10 pack. My son didn’t even want to eat them. I’ve wasted $8 here just to go somewhere else. 3rd time in a row I got terrible service first time I got nasty food. Same lady every time Kenya. This was the last straw this location needs better management.

Why at 6 in the morning you decided to clean the machine so you cant make iced coffee. Shouldn’t that be done before you open or when you close. So I order a different drink and yall haven’t had a chance to up date your signs in a month so you don’t carry the two I tried to order. But this is not the first time ang that’s why I drive out the way because for some reason this location can never get right. It’s always something no matter when I try to give them another chance.

Very limited menu compared to other locations, had to remind staff several times for my hashbrown…. they handed me the soggiest hashbrown I have ever seen. Donut glaze clearly very old and has been reused for weeks. Was barely even warm. Staff was extremely rude 0/10 would not recommend.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. The picture on the menu didn’t really match the sandwich I received today. The croissant was super flat and a little charred. The egg covered a third so most bites were empty. Don’t flatten them please!

Ordered catering from this location including breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and doughnuts. The team was kind and professional during pickup. They had the sandwiches wrapped and labeled per instructions and made sure the doughnuts did not contain nuts (just not in the ingredients not made in a nut free environment). When there was a slight delay they kept me informed and I was on my way within the 15 minutes of the original pick-up time. This is a fast food coffee and bakery. The food and coffee met our expectations.

They are literally serving sour ice caps, they don’t clean the machine obviously which is disgusting. I don’t recommend anyone go here because if they ain’t cleaning that then what else AINT they doing. Also tried to call for 10mins and no one answered.
