First time here since they opened. Drive thru was very quick. Staff were super nice. My iced vanilla coffee was good and my vanilla dip donut was fresh and delicious. Only complaints I have is that I wish it were closer to town and the drive thru window is a bit of a stretch to get to from your car window. They should have considered remodeling that part of the building before they opened the drive thru up to public. Both me and the staff member had to stretch pretty good to exchange the products. Overall. I can see myself becoming a regular here instead of driving to the Tarkiln/rte 33 location north of Sugargrove for my donut and coffee.

i love tim hortons, it’s my favorite coffee place in town! however, there is an issue with the customer service ive received multiple times at the drive thru window. specifically the girl who was there today. i said “thank you!” and smiled and she just stared at me and closed the window. didn’t even say “hi” or anything either. i work in food too, i’m sorry but it is NOT HARD to be nice to customers, especially when all you have to say is “have a nice day”. like come on now. it’s just frustrating when you’re kind and get no response back! pretty sure the girl’s name is riley. she has a septum piercing. you might need to retrain some staff on their customer skills.
