10/10/2025 – first time visiting this Tim Hortons before attending to some business matters, and my experience was very nice. All the staff were professionally, prompt and friendly. A special shout out to the staff member with the body art all his face. He probably was the most nicest individual I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons. He spoke to every customer and treated all of us the same. Thank you. He deserves a raise.
I ordered my usual the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with a medium coffee and a hashbrowns and a honey Creuller. Everything was fresh and delicious. The decor was nice and comfortable. They have low seating high chairs and they share it with another fast food restaurant that will remain a nameless. Parking out front and on the side of the building, drive-through accessible, and decent prices Enjoy.

Ordered a grilled chicken panini and other items. Was charged for the chicken and received just cheese. Also refused to give me a receipt when I asked. The guy at the window was also very rude and seemed mad at the world. If you go to this location, go before 11 am if you want your order correct and friendly service.

Came in an hour after you open to absolutely no doughnuts available, had to wait for new doughnuts to be made. Tried to order timbits for while I wait and also was completely out of those. So appearently we only had coffee available this morning while employees were outside smoking instead of working to get product available? Then they gave me a shickey box covered in glaze and chocolate. Will never return to this location…

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I notice every time I come to this cafeteria, I wait over 30 minutes for my order to be served. This severely affects my work and the comfort of customers. I hope this can be improved.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service at this Tim Hortons location. I waited at the counter for at least 8 minutes for my Uber Eats pickup without acknowledgment. When I politely asked about my order, the employee, a female with tan skin and visible tattoos, yelled repeatedly, “I’m working on it,” and continued speaking in a disrespectful manner while I was standing calmly. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect.

All I wanted was a box of donuts. I stood there for about three minutes, watching a lady in front of me on her phone. I thought maybe it was something serious so I didn’t say anything and patiently waited. When one of the workers come by and said “ oh I love that game that you’re playing”. I asked the lady if she was really playing a game and she got super offended. Complete waste of my time. I left without anything and went to the next Tim Hortons.

If I could rate 0 I would very unprofessional environment the manager “Fred” is always yelling at employees but never helping them out. Building & food equipment is disgusting, they serve food that’s been sitting for days ex expired cream cheese & meats that have been sitting in the container forever this place need’s investigated looks like they haven’t cleaned anything in years!! Noticed they lost alot of good employees recently this place is going downhill really fast would NEVER recommend do not eat here you will get sick !!!!
