The guy taking our order gave us absolutely no time to look at the menu and kept rushing us even though there was only one other person behind us. Could barely understand him because he was talking too fast and would not slow down to hand us our food nicely. Also couldn’t take the time to properly make the ice caps so they were disgusting. Really bad customer service overall

Was passing through and saw this Tim Horton location. Also 1st time of being in one so wasn’t sure what to expect. I wasn’t impressed. Most likely the first ans last time. Selection of sweets were limited. I didn’t really understand how to order the creamer and sweetener cause back in my state a French vanilla is just that…French vanilla lol.
Didn’t really feel like the lady wanted to help me figure it out either and that I was holding up the line that no one was at. She talked really fast so I tried just repeating back to her and I cought a “im not repeating again” look/sigh.

They always have a smile for their customers and as a dasher that frequently this establishment, they are absolutely awesome, my orders are given the SAME priority as any other order they receive unlike other establishments in the area….go visit and enjoy one of their awesome donuts!

Dont get me wrong, their crew is always quick and for the most part friendly but why on earth, when I order sprinkle (birthday) Tim bits, do they give me all but one with absolutely zero sprinkles? It happens everytime I order them in the drive thru. Like they save the good ones for in house customers so they don’t complain but give the plain ones to the drive thru who won’t notice till they’re home and their kid won’t eat them. I thought about bringing them back but it would just be a waste of time and gas. Just…disappointing. I usually don’t say anything but this is probably the 5th time it’s happened.
