I don’t come here often, but this morning I decided to grab breakfast before work and used the app for a coupon. I wasn’t aware that the item I chose was excluded. That’s fine — mistakes happen — but the way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary.
The tall black woman at the drive-thru register 7:52 AM was extremely rude. Instead of explaining the issue or apologizing for the confusion, she talked to me as if I was trying to use multiple coupons and said it was “maxed out,” even though I wasn’t able to use any coupon at all because of the exclusion. Her tone was smart and unprofessional the entire time.
If you work in customer service, friendliness and basic respect should come with the job. You never know what someone is dealing with in their day, and her attitude was uncalled for. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Hi! I stopped through the drive thru today at about 1pm for a pumpkin iced capp and two vanilla dip donuts (which all of it was phenomenal by the way) but I just had to stop by and say that the wonderful woman that took my order at the speaker and also cashed me out at the window was just amazing!! I felt so welcomed and not rushed, which most places are like that anymore. She mentioned to get the Tim Horton’s app as well. She was so so kind and very inviting with her words so thank you!! 🙂

I’ve ordered a 20 or larger pack of timbits and they will not tell me they’re out of certain flavors and just put whatever in. Today I received 20 chocolate timbits without specifically asking for all chocolate. That’s lazy and honestly irritating to deal with.

Consistently out of multiple menu items. Each time, they deliver disgusting looking food and bad attitudes. Most recently I ordered breakfast sandwiches and 4 honey crullers and 2 mochas. They couldn’t make mocha, so got lattes. The honey crullers were stuffed in a brown bag in pieces, and putting the pieces together, there were only 3. The sandwiches were burnt. I’ve cooked better breakfasts hungover at a campsite.

ive been regularly coming here for over a year now on my way to work and almost every time ive had no issues but the last like week or two almost every time my order is messed up or i have to repeat myself 10 times for my order to be right. i don’t know if the lady, i think her name was Erica, has left or moved up that used to take orders but she was great lol whenever i pulled up she already knew what i wanted and my order was always correct. the old man taking orders now is okay. but cream and dip sounds nothing alike.

Great coffee at Tim Hortins today. Clean and the staff here is cheerful and friendly too.
Very nice for a cold morning and the black coffee is my favorite here.

Thought I’d grab a hot breakfast before work.
Well, their doors are closed and you can only do drive thru.
Their hot chocolate machine’s down.
Bacon, egg, cheese muffin was provided with raw bacon. Literally pink and white.
Donut was cold, stiff, chaffing, wrinkled, and far from fresh.
Was not given a receipt so no point in going back to wait in line to try to get a refund.
Overall it was a 15min waste of time and money waiting in line to be served this sad excuse of a breakfast and warranted why I never eat here.

Edit: the response to this review is the same number I attempted to get resolution from… not worth the effort for a company that does not respond back and leaves all autonomy with the store.
Rude staff!! When I asked to see the manager, he too was rude. I asked for the corporate number and he said don’t bother they won’t do anything for you!!!
I called corporate in Canada and they said it is up to the stores to manage their teams. I told them it was the manager and he said that he would take down my info and have someone get back with me. They have not called back in 2 months.
With all the donut options out there, their product is average and if they are rude, then I have no reason to spend money supporting them.
This all started over me trying to clarify if they had chocolate cake glazed Tim bits and the person saying yes. I ordered 3 and they gave me unglazed- I asked for a refund because that isn’t what I ordered.
