I just went in for breakfast this morning, and I asked for a grilled farmers wrap combo with an orange juice for the drink. Now, if you order a combo (meal) For breakfast, it’s supposed to come with a hash brown. As I asked for a combo with an orange juice for the drink, I expected one. After I cashed out, I realized hash brown, was not on their order screen. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said if I wanted hashbrowns, I have to say so. I told her I thought that the combos came with one and she said I only ordered the sandwich. I told her I asked for a combo and I said if anything it might’ve been my fault I’ll speak up next time and then she mocked me and made fun of me for it with her other coworkers saying “oh I’ll speak up next time”. It was very unprofessional and rude. She could have informed me that if I ordered a pastry, it would’ve substituted the hash brown because I did order a pastry as well, but I had no way of knowing it would have substitute the hash brown. So I had to make a separate order of two hashbrowns. Even though I was upset at her rude behavior I was the bigger person and apologized. If I seemed rude at all I just didn’t understand what had happened considering that I asked for the combo and I wasn’t trying to be an inconvenience and she still just gave her a coworkers Weird looks of annoyance at my statements. Long story short, she completely ruined my morning with her unprofessionalism. I don’t expect to get mocked and made fun of just by ordering breakfast. She didn’t feel the need to take the time to explain that if I ordered a pastry would’ve gotten substituted for the usual hash brown if I’m ordering a meal and she could’ve done so but she chose not to instead she chose to make fun of me. I will not be going back for breakfast at this location as long as she works there.

Waited about five ish minutes on someone to notice I was standing at the counter to order, because two employees were in the back talking. Don’t get me wrong, I also work in customer service so I get it. Good atmosphere nice employees just need to pay attention when someone is there when it’s slow and not busy.

I went in during a Saturday busy rush, every staff member was very pleasant despite how busy it was. The food was fresh and delicious and served very fast with huge smiles on everyone’s face. My pumpkin spice latte was phenomenal, I WILL be returning for more. Shout out to this location and their positivity!

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at the drive-thru. When I approached the speaker and greeted the employee, the person working the 5pm shift on 02/16/2026 responded very rudely and acted as if saying hello was a crime. This is a public business, and it is unfair to treat customers that way. I hope your staff can be reminded to be more courteous. Thank you.

I have gone to this Tim Horton’s since living here for 4 years now. The past month I’ve been a couple of times. 3 to be exact. The morning crew has told me I was wrong when I clearly ordered a meal. The guy at the drive thru refused to give me a hash brown and I paid for the full meal and Tim bits. Today was awful. I had terrible news this morning my uncle passed away so I have heartache. The cook behind the counter made my Tim bit order. Checking the box after leaving the line. I went in to let them know my order was wrong. I stated I just left the drive thru line and the Tim but order was wrong. She said wait with an attitude. I stated I would not be in here if there was not a mess up. And I explained I needed to go and want this fixed. She told the cashier at the counter to not wait on me and continue to take orders. I understand there’s a line. But I already waited in the line for over 20 minutes. All I wanted was the right Tim bits. I would order a lot more but my fear is it will be wrong and I will be greeted with Rudeness. Will not come here again. I’m going to Scooters when they open. Not to be rude but I cried at how rude your staff is. The only staff member is I’m assuming your manager. She has been nice to me. To add, have someone do a surprise visit to see where your staff needs adjustment.

Went through the drive through sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Then they proceeded to not be sanitary no gloves and seems as if they don’t know how to count as when I order 2 10 piece timbit boxes one just honey glaze and chocolate and one with assorted they proceeded to give the assorted all chocolate and glaze beside 1 blueberry. And the one that was supposed to be just chocolate and glaze proceeded to have just 7 timbits inside. Aswell as there coffee tasted burnt Very displeased.

Walked in store to dine in. Waited for someone to take our order however the two employees were really busy with mobile orders and drive-thru.
After standing there one of the employees told me there were only two of them so we would get our order faster if we went through the drive thru.
Confused I asked if they were only focusing on drive-thru orders. The employee said it’s only door dash inside.
I waited for another moment hoping they would have time to take my order but they never did so I left.
Leaving pretty annoyed and confused.

I love Tim Hortons the prices and alot of things on the menu but the staff here is terrible. They are yelling at each other constantly and messing around while they are extremely busy and have no sense of urgency. Definitely needs new management who would care even slightly more than who they have right now. It’s sad, usually the food does come out good but the service is what makes it so bad.

I experienced a young lady trying to pick up an order through the drive thru. What I experienced was not very good. It seemed as though the two girls working kept slamming the window andwere so mean to her yelling and screaming at her. Even threatened to call the cops but she never screamed at them. The Tim Horton young white thin girl came up to my car and was screaming that the truck at the drive thru wouldn’t move bc she didn’t get her order. It was quit disturbing. I won’t be going back to this Tim Hortons until they train they’re employees the way Chick-Fil-A

I am a daily customer at this location. The coffee and donuts are always fresh and good. The staff are always super nice, and fast. The ONLY issue I have is that the staff, very often, short fills the coffee up to a half inch below the fill line on the cup. They don’t understand how frustrating this is to regular customers, especially as often as the price increases.
