My wife and I had coffee and doughnuts and I also had sausage, egg and cheese muffin .Cashier seemed to have an attitude about something and wasn’t very friendly. Customer behind us noticed also. I usually have decaf coffee and they didn’t have any made in front or the drive thru. They were also out of several doughnuts in the front case. Price was reasonable. No other problems except for some flying around the upper windows. My wife is very allergic to them.

I am so sad about my experience this morning. I just moved to an area with Tim Hortons and was so excited to try it. I ordered a BELT and ended up with just BET and no cheese. My husband’s sandwich looked like it was mauled in the making and his also didn’t have cheese. $12 for two totally sub par sandwiches. I am so deeply disappointed that this was my first tim Hortons experience

Went to Tim Hortons in Heath Ohio and ordered a bagel belt and when I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag the lettuce was disgusting and discolored. I have been going to this restaurant for years and here recently things have not been good. The iced capps are never made right either they are always a very dark brown and should be light. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Went to drive thru . Ordered 2 oreo ice caps. The whipped cream on my fiances looked funny way was laying on the cup. He showed it to the employee she didn’t say anything. Got home halfway through the drink. He says what’s this in my cup? The tip to the whip cream can was inside his drink He drank half of. Not to add who all touched that tip b4 it ended in his drink. Tried to call the store. They don’t seem to answer any phone calls either.

I was sitting in the drive thru for over half hour before I even made it to the speaker. I sat another 7 minutes with no greeting to take my order, so I pull up to the window to place my order. The lady asked what I wanted. I ordered my drink and started to ask for a specific donut. I was cutoff with we don’t have any donuts we are closing early. This was around 1:45. I paid 5.80$ for a drink that wasn’t even full and runny. I won’t be going back there. I’ll stick with the crew on 21st.

I give up. This is the most convenient Tim Horton’s location for me but from now on I will be going to the 21st St location. Coffee is always watered down. And anytime I try to get a bagel and cream cheese there is hardly any cream cheese. Considering you pay as much for that as you do the bagel, it is extremely frustrating. Avoid this location. Staff is nice, but you won’t get what you pay for.
