Jeana, Dorothy, and my other favorite girl who’s name I don’t know yet, are the best! I walk in (or drive around to the drive thru) and they practically have my iced coffee made. On the chance that someone else makes it, they are very cool about fixing it.

There have been times where we ordered a hot drink and received it iced, and today we ordered an iced drink and received it hot. We went through the drive thru and my boyfriend ordered it. Heard him say in a clear voice ‘iced’. Sometimes, we do get good service here, but today was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’d like to add that I’ve never received bad service when going inside, but sometimes we got places to be and want to go through the drive thru. I know the priority is fast service to not have cars wait, but please listen to those in the drive thru. This has happened one too many times.

Way better then expected, employees are caring making sure we got what ordered and correct. It’s so nice to know you can get food from a place that cares. The manager Deserves a raise and a bonus. There’s no option to take whip off but because we didn’t get milk in it she asked. I’ve been to Tim Hortons multiple times and that’s the first time I’ve been asked amazing service!

I give up. This is the most convenient Tim Horton’s location for me but from now on I will be going to the 21st St location. Coffee is always watered down. And anytime I try to get a bagel and cream cheese there is hardly any cream cheese. Considering you pay as much for that as you do the bagel, it is extremely frustrating. Avoid this location. Staff is nice, but you won’t get what you pay for.

The tall man with the tattoos is amazing. I don’t know his name unfortunately. But he has some of the best customer service skills! As for some of the other employees there, they are rude everytime I come through the drive thru. Not all of them, but there’s a couple of them that have an attitude with me for no reason.

Went to Tim Hortons in Heath Ohio and ordered a bagel belt and when I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag the lettuce was disgusting and discolored. I have been going to this restaurant for years and here recently things have not been good. The iced capps are never made right either they are always a very dark brown and should be light. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Went to drive thru . Ordered 2 oreo ice caps. The whipped cream on my fiances looked funny way was laying on the cup. He showed it to the employee she didn’t say anything. Got home halfway through the drink. He says what’s this in my cup? The tip to the whip cream can was inside his drink He drank half of. Not to add who all touched that tip b4 it ended in his drink. Tried to call the store. They don’t seem to answer any phone calls either.
