In Canada, Timmy’s is nearly always a well-oiled machine. Here in Ohio, it can be pretty hot or miss. The Marysville location has been my personal favorite since 2015. I have always felt like the staff has been pleasant at this location and customer service here has reminded me of my visits to Timmy’s in Alberta, Canada. Keep up the good work ☺️

I have really had a string of bad luck with this place. I ordered a half dozen donuts and it was delivered in a bag smooshed all together. Twice they only gave me half my order and the donuts I did get looked like someone had run their finger through the icing. They never want to refund you but give you reward points to spend in the app. First world problems I know but come on! Do better!

every time i doordash or even coming through the drive thru my order gets messed up ever single time. i always just get an egg and cheese biscuit 3 things to make this egg cheese and a biscuit it’s not complicated most times i’m just come back and i’m like u guys messed up but we are on mess up number four in a row there have been more tho. i doordashed a few item and of course only mine was wrong the egg chz biscuit. so i go out the whole point of doordash is so i don’t have to leave where i’m at but anyway i go out to timhortons my self and i tell them this is wrong and they said well we were out of biscuits so i just replaced it. that’s actually not how that works if you are out of an item you call the customer so they can decide if they want it replaced or refunded. i work in a restaurant that is proper procedure but did they do that no they decided to take it into their own hands. i’m not happy with this location at all and i’m not sure why they find it so difficult to do the proper thing

Normally this place is great. Stopped in and walked in to choose donut, ordered iced capp and single donut. Simple, right?? Person who made drink got it all over outside of cup and I asked if it was going to be cleaned better than with soggy napkin he was using…other worker said he could make another one and he continued to make more of mess down sides of cup trying to pour some out and fight with lid. I cancelled order and left. Wasn’t in mood to get office clothes sticky.

I’m a big fan of the cold brews! There are two workers I want to give a shout out to. Pam and Zack! Pam is always so sweet she is caring and just makes my day. And Zack makes the best mocha cold brew I’ve ever had! They are both amazing and I will always come back if they are there! They are the best! Thank you Pam and Zack for being amazing!

Absolutely dreadful. Simple order, coffee and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuit was dry and crumbled to dust in the first bite, cheese wasn’t melted, the hash brown looked like they took one from yesterday and microwaved it, it was floppy and depressing and tasted awful. The coffee tasted burnt. Will not come to another Tim Hortons again, I hope Canada has other options because this canadian staple is a hard pass.
