Lydia(I doubt that’s here name) is the worst person I’ve met on earth. She is short and rude with her guest. She looks down on delivery drivers making disgusting comments to the, and try’s to make them wait extra time because she doesn’t want to help them. I tried to come in and the doors were locked, so when i went to the order screen and said I’m with uber she yelled at me saying I need to come in. When I informed her that the doors are locked she said I need to come through the Wendy’s side because she will not unlock the doors because someone called off. (That does give you the excuse to not do your job.) I simply told her she needs to come up with a better system. When I walked into the store she said call the cops on me because I’m not doing uber orders, and I can sit and wait for them to show up and then she make the order. Tim Horton you need to do better. I wouldn’t recommend going here Lydia will scream curse and give you floor food.

This sandwich used to come with 2 eggs each large enough to cover the entire bagel.

The coffee was good but the service was rude and the store is very dirty. The bathroom is gross and clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Very gross, I won’t come back.

I have never bought donuts here and received what I asked for. The composition of my dozens boxes are always off, even after a rejection and second explanation.

I went to the drive-thru and asked for my order, (Strawberry cheesecake)
which was from the new menu, but the employee acted as if he didn’t hear what I was saying. I repeated the order more than three times, and each time he said he didn’t hear me. I went to the window and spoke to him. He said, “We don’t have any, and this is just donuts here.” I told him, “They’re from the new menu.” He said, “Oh, I didn’t know.”
I don’t want to deal with people like these who don’t know their product list.

I was at this same Tim Hortons yesterday. I made a mistake and they remedied my mistake with no problem. They advised on the proper verbiage to get a particular drink. I used that verbiage today and was given the wrong drink. I was asked by the manager who told me and I pointed to the man that did and he shook his head. That’s fine with me. So she made my drink right. I was not given my donuts I ordered, she asked me then who took my order. I told her the young lady did( who appeared was trying to learn the cash register.) I then asked where the straws were abd napkins. I was directed to the line where I ordered my items.
It seems to me if I am not given straws and napkins they would have them where they give me my food and drink, not where I ordered it.
