I have always loved Tim Hortons! The Ashland, KY location is very nice but Portsmouth has changed it but. Portsmouth used to be my favorite location. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of moral among their employees or if they are just having trouble finding help post Covid. The drinks are always delicious and the donuts (as you can see) are great, but the food has not been great particularly the Waffle Sandwich & the Potato Soup. Hopefully that will change soon bc this has always been one of my most favorite places to eat! Another thing, they need to add some healthier options to the menu, like some gluten-free options. That would be great!

First time coming here there food was amazing love there cream cheese bagels they have three different flavors of cream cheese. Also got a ham and cheese sandwich Very good they served it on ciabatta bread. The restaurant was very clean had a wonderful atmosphere. Had great service The workers was very polite My dad also got coffee and said it was the best he had ever tasted.

First time at Tim hortons & waited at the window for 5 minutes, then got parked, while in parking lot person a person got out of their car & threatened me & my family ( including a 1 year old) then manager came out gave us our food then ran his mouth to us then got home & the biscuits were burnt & all meat was very undercooked. First & last time going here.
