It used to be great. As of 2026, they have no employees who work slow in are rude. We ordered food on the way to work and cannot even get the food because the lines are too long and the door is locked so I can’t even come in to pick it up. The food is already paid for now. I’m going to work without food. I paid for after sitting in the line for 10 minutes.
There was a time where I could come here in the morning before work and consistently get my food within three minutes and added note extra time to my commute. This is a breakfast shop. The only reason people come here is mainly for breakfast and most people go to work in the morning. Therefore, most people shopping here are also on the way to work.
I don’t know what happened. Perhaps there was a change in management, but this new management is very bad.
I still enjoy the food when I can, but I cannot come here in the morning anymore

My experience was phenomenal! Tiff, the supervisor, displayed superb leadership and outstanding customer service. Jaden’s professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are qualities I rarely encounter, especially in newer establishments in this area.
As someone who typically prefers Starbucks, I was genuinely impressed to find that Tim Hortons offered a better-tasting coffee and breakfast option. I ordered the croissant sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, which was fresh, warm, and perfectly prepared. For my drink, I chose the vanilla cold brew. It had a balanced profile—slightly bitter, yet crisp and fresh, with just the right hint of sweetness.
The store was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff worked together seamlessly to ensure customers were satisfied. It’s rare to see this level of service and product quality in a new location, and because of that, I will definitely be back. Tim Hortons Fairburn has earned a new regular.

Lover of hot chocolate this place was a must. Rich and creamy i enjoyed to the max. My first vist on a rainy Saturday i was not disappointed. Plenty of seating i welcome the fall flavors. I will be back for sure.

I’ve been to Tim Hortons twice now, and both visits have been excellent! The customer service really stands out — the staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient every time. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches were outstanding — hot, flavorful, and made just right.
The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. One tip: be sure to ask about the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $6 deal — it isn’t advertised, but it’s a great value if you ask!

I drove through here one day, to be honest it was because the Starbucks line was too long, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience!
The coffee was decent, I have since perfected my order, and if you are like me you might need to ask them to prepare things “less sweet” than normal, but I really enjoyed the service and the quality products!
I recommend giving it a try and getting the tidbits too if you need a sweet treat!

I have never heard of Tim Hortons but according to friends it’s a popular chain. I like the vibes if this place. It’s very welcoming with home like furniture. The English muffin sandwich is very soft and fresh. The coffee was pretty smooth and delicious. I loved the Boston creme doughnut. This location is brand new and I believe they have worked out all the kinks. The staff was very professional and fast. I will definitely be going back.

Driving through Fairburn, I spotted Tim Hortons and decided to pull over and see what was happening there. As I entered, I was warmly greeted, which made me excited to explore the menu. Since it was my first visit, I needed a bit more time to make my selections with so many sweet treats available. Although I initially wanted coffee, I opted for a refresher made with lemonade, which was perfect for my ride home. I also bought half a dozen donuts for my siblings and treated myself to a cookie, which was delicious!
A few things to note: there’s seating both indoors and outdoors. There’s also a drive-through and plenty of parking, giving you options for how you’d like to experience your visit! The restroom was very clean. There is also plenty of background information on Tim Hortons’ charity and how they are providing enrichment for the community.
