The two ladies I see every time I come are so friendly and happy every visit. The coffee is great, and I believe their names are Tina and Jess? I hope that’s right, because they are fantastic.

I was excited to see a Tim Horton’s, because there aren’t any around where I live. I was especially happy to see a chocolate pistachio flavor, because I really like pistachio coffee. Unfortunately my latte was on the weaker side, and I didn’t get any chocolate flavor, and a only a very slight pistachio taste. I’m a fan of dark, full bodied coffee, and a flavor punch, so I was a little disappointed. My fiance got an egg sandwich and a couple donuts (the sour cream donuts looked amazing!) but said they were a little stale.
The employees seemed a little chaotic the day we visited, but they were all very nice, and our drink/food was out quickly.

Everytime my boyfriend and I visit West Virginia we always make sure to drop by Tims! Overall great experience and we’ll definitely be back next time!!

Ordered decaf Mint Mocha Latte and received a decaf Mint coffee. Must be new person running counter because two other orders were incorrect in the 10minutes we were at the location. Sad for manager and customers.

Just the worst place to get breakfast, I ordered a sausage bagel, the egg was green, the sausage was undercooked,got an orange juice it was just water and concentrate, the people there are cool but the food is 1/10 avoid if at all possible. Coffee barley tastes good anymore here. Zoom in on pics if you don’t believe.

First time at this location. The food was very good but they forgot all of our hash browns and almost forgot to give us our drinks. Once I got my meal and drink I realized everything had cheese on it and my cold brew was made with cold foam and whole milk. Which is very delicious but I unfortunately can’t have dairy. Especially not on a 2 hour drive. They were very busy I will admit but as someone who has worked in coffee shops, that is something that I wouldn’t let slide. I hope this review reaches management and that is something the staff can all work on to try and remember.

My wife and I were in West Virginia for an event, and since we were coming from Canada it was a very welcoming sight to see a Tim Hortons.
The Staff were very friendly and the food and drink were just like being back at home.

I’m originally from buffalo where we have a Tim Hortons on every block. When i moved here i expected a great experience like ive had before. I was sadly disappointed numerous times because every time I’ve visited, the staff working has been incredibly rude. I’ve never been to a fast food location where the staff is consistently rude every time i go through there. This is not a unique experience i’ve had several friends experience the same. Do better.

Major pothole at the entrance. Dining room and bathroom are very dingy. Donuts were blah. Service wasn’t bad, but everyone there seemed to be busy going through the motions.
