Very rude staff who do not greet you properly. I thought it may be a fluke and just be one rude employee, no this him Horton makes it a point to not be customer friendly. I have gone out of my way to be polite and to be friendly, staying thank you and so on. You never get a your welcome at this place or any kind of human interaction at all, in fact they go out of their way to let you know they are unhappy pe by providing terrible customer service. I’m not sure how management and cooperate allow it.. will not drink Tim Horton even though I love it because I refuse to go to this store and get treated like ahir.. yeah. No thanks.

Tim Hortons coffees and teas are consistently good across the board and across the country. I had a chai tea hot because it was pouring down cold rain and it was made well and tasted great. Atmosphere is a little weird because it sits inside a gas station. But again the quality was there and the staff were nice.

Stopped in Sunday evening and the 2 young guys working just ignored us. We stood at the counter waiting to order and they just chatted with each other, we left and went across the street to Sheetz. Even if they are busy getting another order ready, they should at least acknowledge customers and let them know they be with them shortly

The person in drive through was being genuinely rude didn’t even let my mom get her words out while she was trying to speak kept being like IS THAT ALL into the mic while she was trying to get her order out. Apparently these employees are rude all the time. He even was like can I help you before we even got to the drive through mic. This has been a serious ongoing issue at this location, I’ve never had an issue but they’re always rude to my mother and she is nothing but nice to them.

Absolutely wild that I can go here, ask for a cappuccino, get a cappuccino, and that the next day get handed a latte and told “they’re the same thing”
They’re not the same thing or they would have the same name. I didn’t ask for a latte, I asked for a cappaccino. If your whole business is centered on coffee I would hope your employees would know the difference between two of the most common kinds of espresso drinks. Especially without giving attitude about it
