The service is friendly, but I’d say the food and drinks can be quite inconsistent. For a few months the chai lattes would either come out perfectly or they were completely wrong: instead being made as a black coffee with a regular tea bag inside. This was incredibly odd to me, as I’ve never experienced anything like this while ordering a chai latte at other establishments. Even though this drink (and others) are on the menu, it often felt like employees didn’t know how to make many of the drinks. I don’t like bothering people, so most of the time I would leave and dump out the messed up drinks. But, multiple friends have also had this happen several times, so I think it’s worth mentioning in my review. I quite enjoy it otherwise! I just think that getting a black coffee with a tea bag in it, instead of some chai tea, is quite odd.

I was super disappointed in our visit here. We were in town after new years and so excited to get some Tim Horton’s, as I grew up having it, but don’t have it in VA where I live now. When we got there, I tried to order four different food items, only to be told they didn’t have any of it. Then I tried to order a peppermint mocha because the huge sign out front made me crave it. But they didn’t even have that. My fiance got his food, as he’d already ordered. But I left empty-handed and irritated and found another place to get breakfast.

I’m an avid customer of Tim Hortons. I go everyday. Sometimes twice. But Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I ordered the same thing I order everyday. I gave the kid a $20 bill and 8 cents. He gave me $6 dollars in change. I told him “I gave you a 20”. He sad No That’s a lie You gave me a 10 among other things. He was very disrespectful. His co-worker had to tell him that you don’t talk to customers that way. I was running late for work. But i was close to pulling over and go inside and (nevermind)! Don’t think I will be going again. It’s ashame They already knew me in there. The order was for $4.08. I will be calling corporate headquarters. Because if I see him again

Our coffee and Donut and apple fritter were delicious as always at any Tim Hortons. BUT the selection of baked goods was extremely limited as compared to other Tim Hortons, so we only gave it 3 stars. As for staff, she did not act like a typical Tom Hortons associate…also disappointing.
