Worst service ever. Came to Edinboro for a youth soccer tournament. You think the local businesses would see this as an opportunity to capitalize on the tourist traffic. They clearly didn’t get the memo. The lady (Sandra)behind the counter kept motioning with her finger as to say hurry up and move along. We didn’t get a receipt even when we asked. When the sandwiches we ordered came out another woman yelled “bacon,egg and cheese croissant and another sandwich, PAY ATTENTION WHEN WE CALL YOUR SANDWICHES!” Completely rude. There was nothing special about the food. Donut tastes like Dunkin… the refresher drink was watered down and flavorless. You can almost look past the flavorless food and drinks if the service was acceptable… I wasn’t. Being busy and even overwhelmed is no excuse to treat patrons this way. Needless to say we will never go back to thi location again. We have children in sports and often travel to the area for tournaments and it stinks that we now have to resort to fast food and gas station coffee to avoid this place. If I could give half star I would.

I stopped and ordered two flavored lattes in the drive through, I had forgot to mention what size I wanted and Sandra Vickery, the manager snapped at me “can I get I size for those” so I apologized and stated I’d like them both medium thank you, she then said in a tone mocking my voice ” oh having the size is so helpful when making drinks, THANK YOU” I pulled up to the window and asked the employee who was on the mic, he tells me it’s his manager and I tell him we’ll she’s really rude. His response is “it is what it is” I pay for my drinks and he hands me one and says “I’m sorry I have no straws right here, let me get you one” she then starts yelling at the kid about the straws and now I’m just annoyed. So I pull my car around, park, and take the two drinks in and tell them she can dump them and I’ll just eat the cost because I’d rather lose whatever amount it was than deal with her anymore. She is beyond someone having a bad day. I highly recommend avoiding this place as long as she’s employed. Go to McDonald’s or Dunkin

Our table was dirty and when I asked to have it wiped, the employee handed me the sanitizer bucket and the rag to wipe it myself. Then, when we asked for condiments for the hashbrown and mayo for the BELT sandwiches, she handed us two packs of ketchup and a small container of mayo with no knife. When I requested a utensil she was less than pleasant.

We’ve been coming here for several years and it just keeps getting better. I genuinely love the staff here. Only once did I have an issue with someone working (this was in 2024) but I don’t think they lasted very long. Whether I’m getting breakfast or lunch or just coffee or just a donut, everything is always delicious. We normally just take our food and eat outside or in the car, but as far as I can tell, the place is always clean.

I was a frequent Tim Horton’s customer, when I lived in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Imagine how happy I was to find one in the U.S.!!! I stopped here last Saturday, specifically for coffee. I also picked up some Timbits for a friend.
The coffee was beyond horrid. It honestly tasted like coffee sludge that had been sitting in the bottom of a lukewarm pot for days. I was so disappointed! I poured it out my window, and felt betrayed by this Canadian wannabe Tim Horton’s.

Absolutely dread coming here if Sandra is on drive through or counter. No matter what she is always rude, dismissive, and has an attitude. Almost got overcharged to which she aggressively cancels the order and continues to have attitude with me in the process.. Donuts aren’t as good as Dunkin anyway but this is usually my last resort if they’re too busy. Go elsewhere if she’s working.

I keep coming back to witness the sheer incompetence of the drive thru. Each time the person taking the order is beyond rude. She often leaves her mic on between orders and then gets upset when I don’t respond because I am unsure if she is talking to me or one of her coworkers. And no Diet Coke every time I show up. Again…I keep coming back because it’s comical how ridiculous the drive thru is.

Great food/drinks and friendly service. I come up here for trips every so often and I’m always sure to stop here when I do! Storefront is clean and cozy and the employees are nice. Ordered a bagel sandwich and a Red Bull boost this morning and Kayley assisted me with a smile, with the food being completed within five minutes. Thanks!
