Line wrapped around the building so I went inside. Counter person incredibly busy and still took the time to ring me out and take my order. Food and drinks were very good (farmers wrap and mocha latte) will definitely be here again!

Nice interior for a chain coffee place. Drinks were good. Only downside was several people there with small children they let run around bumping into other customers, naturally not Tim Hortons fault but it made we only want to use the drive through in the future.

Workers are always polite. Can order the same exact drink and sometimes its good sometimes its off. Ushually pretty quick service. Lines move relatively fast

Breakfast sandwiches get 2 eggs, i guess you just get one if you order from here. I get there will be a learning curve but seems like nobody has been trained only one person there knows what to do everyone asking for help. Off the clock employee tried to cut me in line, other cashier was giving me attitude

This place is always busy so you may have a small wait unless you order on the app. The dining room is small and crowded.

Coffee and matcha never taste as good as it does in the bigger cities that have timmys. Tbh everything is always half ass-ed. Sad because the place is so new you’d think they’d be on top of stuff. 🙁

Terribly thankful for this TH because without it Hornell would be unlivable at best. There’s no Starbucks here and the other options are terrible. The blueberry muffin is comparable to Starbucks and the vanilla latte is similar and is a decent back up until I can get to a Starbucks. Thank you.

We are typically Dunkin people but decided to give it a whirl this morning. In the drive thru the young lady was extremely rude to my husband. Correcting how he placed his order, extreme attitude asking about cream and sugar in the coffee (we asked for whole milk.) Eventually it got to the point that he asked her why she was yelling at us and she just said people can’t hear her, but it was apparent she was frustrated. We were the only people in the drive thru at the time. Just very disappointed in the interaction and will not be returning. I hope the young lady has a better day & learns to listen and be kind.

They prepared our food within 30 seconds of ordering. Probably the fastest fast food we’ve ever seen. Perfection, no notes

Today I visited the restaurant during a rush. My experience began well, the employees were clear about them being crammed and did their best to get our orders to us quickly. My experience was ruined after witnessing an interaction between a cashier and an older woman. The older woman clearly showed signs of high anxiety and took a lot of time preparing herself before approaching the register. When greeted by the cashier, she requested that she spoke quieter because she has a hard time with loud sounds. The cashier responded with the same volume level (which to many could be considered close to yelling) and in return the older woman took a step back and asked her to be quieter again. In response, the cashier yelled at her “I am not speaking to you anymore” and left the woman alone at the register. This caused her to begin crying. The woman took more time to collect herself and eventually tried to approach the register again, to which the same cashier yelled at her AGAIN, that if she’s looking for a mobile order they’re over there and that she was not going to speak to her. This poor old woman was heavily distraught and grabbed her bag and left. When I went out to the parking lot I could see the woman sobbing in her car. After the woman left the cashier was adament that the old woman told her “not to speak to her at all” which is no where near close to the truth. I write this review in hopes that your employees do a better job reading their audience and being aware of how their behavior affects other people. I understand it was busy and everyone was probably super stressed, but it doesn’t take any longer to be kind than it does to treat someone rudely like I witnessed today. Do better. Your actions can have concequences larger than you may think.
