I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a steeped tea double double. When I went to drink it, it tasted thick and sour. When I opened the lid, I saw that the cream was thick and clumped. See attached photos. How in the world did this happen? Absolutely disgusting!

If you go to this location, you have a 60% chance they get your order wrong. CONSTANTLY. I can’t count on one hand how many times I tell them sausage, egg, cheese croissant and they either give me a bacon or give me one without sausage. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They are lazy.

Always an attitude from one specific employee. Not entirely sure for what but she got my order wrong told her that’s not what I ordered she just ignored me. I was on break from work so didn’t have time to wait another 10min to get a simple fix. Ordered 3 different drinks she put the drink carrier on the counter and went to make my drinks. You would assume that she would put them in the carrier, Nope. Set them beside it and I had to do it. She always has some type of attitude. If she doesn’t like working with people like that then maybe try a different position. Going there at least once a day an half the time get an attitude for placing an order is just unnecessary.

The drinks and food are great. The service today was terrible. Out of at least 6 or 7 employees only 3 seemed to be doing any work. They all seemed to have attitudes. One girl stood around doing nothing until it was time for her to clock out. She even said “Im just waiting to clock out” It took FOREVER for them to finally take our order and just as long to make it.

There can be only 2 cars in line and your drive thru order can take 10 mins. All I ordered was a donut and an iced coffee and I sat at the window forever! It caused a line of 7 cars behind me and that’s just what I could see! Employees need to either step it up or get replaced. Management must be bad for allowing this too. They also didn’t give me a straw with my order and I’m lucky I had an extra in my truck. Oh and they forgot to put the flavoring in my coffee.

Just walked out of Tim Hortons. After standing in line with six other people for seven minutes. The five people behind the counter never acknowledged the existence of us. Never a hello or an I’m sorry or we’ll be right with you. Just ignoring. Then, after talking to the manager, all there was were excuses. There is no excuse for ignoring your customer, especially at Tim Hortons. So unbelievably disappointed. I will never go back to another Tim Hortons again because of the terrible experience at this one in Olean, New York. I know it’s hard to hire good people right now, but Tim Hortons, you can do better than this.

I’m going to try and maintain my composure. I ordered a coffee and a steak wrap through door dash. I cannot go places due to being disabled and unable to drive. I only got my drink and I’m hangry but no problem I will call and get a refund. I was told it was the driver’s fault for not grabbing it and they will not be using me a refund! I don’t know how doordash works but I believe you put the food IN the bag for them!! I want a refund!

I read the other reviews and can confirm the wait times in restaurant and in drive thru are horrendous. I spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. This was after I had waited about the same amount of time in the establishment a few days before. I thought the drive thru would be better but was horribly wrong. There is a consistent theme of extensive waits no matter which route you go. My order each time was a medium iced coffee.
