Yikes pretty much sums up the 2nd St Tim Hortons experience.
While you’re waiting for your order (which may or may not be the one you actually asked for), there often seems to be a full-on party happening in the kitchen. Lots of energy, not a lot of focus.
Orders are frequently wrong, waits are longer than they should be, and the whole place feels like it’s missing a steady, mature management presence to keep things on track.
There’s potential here, but right now it needs less social hour behind the counter and more attention to the customers standing in front of it.

We ordered two steak and cheddar paninis, an iced coffee, a hot chocolate, and two donuts. One panini was burnt to the point of being a charcoal brick, but the other panini was okay. My girlfriend’s donut was crunchy like a styrofoam packing peanut. Honestly don’t know what was going on today.

This business has a one-way entry drive-thru, meaning there’s no way to exit once you’re stuck in a long line. If your car is parked and the drive-thru line is long, there’s no way to pull out, you just have to wait for the line to move.
Secondly, there is a long wait time inside even if you pre-order from the T-Mobile app. These employees don’t seem to understand multitasking or prompt service. They are all panicking over drive-thru orders only.
The district manager needs to address these issues ASAP.

So today me and my boyfriend went to get breakfast. We ordered 1 iced Cin Carmel apple latte and one hot, one blueberry muffin, one pumpkin spice muffin, and two everything breakfast croissant sandwiches. We repeated and went over our order with the drive through worker many times. When we got to the window she handed us our muffins and one sandwich. Then we sat there waiting for the rest of our stuff. She opened the window and rudely asked “Um what are you waiting for?” We told her what we were missing. Then some other worker came and said “is it not in that bag?” We told her no we only got one sandwich and we’re waiting for our drinks still. They said they only charged us for one sandwich, but we went over our order many times and made it clear in the drive through. Then we got our second sandwich and she got our drinks. But she got two hot lattes. My boyfriend told her no we ordered and iced latte and a hot latte. So she threw away both hot lattes and got us two cold lattes. We settled for that because she couldn’t seem to understand. Ive never had such a hard time communicating my order to a worker before. I feel rude but I just wanted my food and drinks right.

Definitely need to step up the bagel game, paid 6$ for extra cream cheese and it’s just not passing.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel. Paid an extra dollar for sour cream and chive cream cheese and they give me a razor-thin layer. The girl hands me my bagel and I tell her I’m still waiting on my coffee and she rolled her eyes at me. Very unpleasant experience.

I’m from Florida, visiting family. Never been to a Tim Hortons before. I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich.. The Eggs are Real. In Florida, the majority of places that are chains use frozen, egg patties or pre-made egg substitutes that taste like egg, but are not all that good. . These taste like they where just cooked for your sandwich.

I primarily order through the app, and it takes like 15+ to get my order. Today I had order the hazelnut croissant sandwich and a coffee, when I arrived 17 minutes after ordering, the croissants had just made it the oven. So I had to leave bc I had work soon without the food I payed for 17 minutes prior, very annoyed
