Rude customers service at drive through this morning. This is now their One cream coffee due to their machines being calibrated like so. Instead of fixing the problem the girl is rude. They should “recalibrate” their machines and the person working at the window.(10am)

I ordered through the app and then waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up my order only the find out that they didn’t have the wraps I ordered once I got to the window. Then I had to wait several more minutes for the replacement food. One of my drinks was split into 2 cups because they didn’t have the right size cup. The iced capp I got was full of ice chunks. The wraps I ended up getting were half empty. The staff were polite but overall not a good experience.

Omg, on top of the food being terrible, the service was worse. The 3 black girls that were working when I went were all standing and flirting with this guy at the counter while also being on their phones. I was at the drive-thru window so I could see everything. I placed an online order, and it took them 10 minutes to tell me that they didn’t have what I ordered. They didn’t even have my second choice! Oh I was livid because I was hungry and this was the second Tim that I went to with the same problem. Anyway, I spent 15-20 minutes at the drive-thru window just to get something that I didn’t order and it look and taste sorry. I had to go to another establishment to get help…

If I could give no star, I would. This is the worse Tim Horton in Rochester!!! Poor service, did not get correct order. I ordered one steak and cheese panini and one chicken panini, got 2 steak and cheese. Ordered 6 birthday timbits got 3 birthday tidbits and 3 chocolate timbits. Paninis came looks like someone sat on it and torn apart. Very inconsistent at this location. We will drive to any other Tim Horton besides this one.
