The Long Pond Road Tim’s is probably the best one. The service is always consistent and the coffee and baked goods are always fresh.
We ordered a Dark Roast Coffee, Cinnamon Cruffin and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake.
The Cruffin was absolutely DELISH! Loved the warm cinnamon in the middle. If I had known it was going to be that tasty I would have gotten more!

1. Cheese was not melted on sandwich. 2. Hair in another sandwich. 3. All together very sloppy food. 4. Garbage can was overflowing, customer went and pushed garbage down to throw garbage away. 5. We came in at brunch time on a Sunday and the store seemed to be out of certain ingredients and food, donuts and bacon. 6. We came in with a family and it’s hard to dismiss the swearing and language of those behind the counter. *The Side conversations going on with employees made the food seem less desirable, they were complaining about the smell of the food that they were preparing, as well as complaining about people that they were to work with shortly. Several curse words were overheard by my kids.

If I could give 0 reviews I would. I went through the drive through and 1 of the employees was serving a custom and the employee gave the customer their coffee and the customers dog had his head out the window and the employee gave the dog a cookie and never took her gloves off and started preparing my drink that I ordered and never changed her gloves. Very unsanitary.

I drive out of my way from the Tim Hortons at my corner about 3 miles to this location in the morning because I can guarantee my order will be right, the team will be friendly and my food will taste fresh and delicious! Great job!!

I placed 2 orders. On the one order the employee gave my order to another customer then proceeded to give the same order to me after the other customer opend the items touching the items. And on the second order they didn’t have the items but would not issues a refund for both orders because they needed to get approval from someone named Eva who would not answer her phone the store staff refused to call anyone else claiming they were all in a meeting that I woukd have to return to the store at a later date, I am from out of the area and stopped on my way through. The staff here is very unprofessional abd unsanitary.

I went to this Tim Hortons with my son. I was getting breakfast for my family. I ordered everything and then when going to pay, realized I did not have my card. My son was crying for his donut. There was a line of people. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad I let my son down. Poor guy just wanted his vanilla dip donut. The little girl who I know now is the manager, told me to hold on. Went somewhere in the back, and came back with her card. To pay for my entire order! I was astonished that someone so young would do such an incredible sweet gesture! This is not in her job description. My forgetfulness is not her fault. But she chose to be an amazing person that day. Which made my son extremely happy!!! I did go back eventually on another day to pay for my order, and she refused. I asked her what her name was, EVA is her name and she is an amazing human being for seeing my frustration and resolving it and expecting nothing in return! I did ask her if her boss told her what I wrote to their customer service platform. And they did not! I’m disappointed that I spent time writing that email and she didn’t even get a thank you for going above and beyond for my family and I. Tim Hortons needs to do better, but Eva never change hunnie! The world needs more people like you! Thank you again!!!!!
