They didn’t have the soup that I initially wanted but still let me order it. Three minutes later, the lady asked if I wanted a refund or chili instead. I opted for the chili which was the best part of my meal. I threw the grilled cheese panini out. Disgusting

The sign says “open at 6AM”, workers were there but guess what? doors locked right in front of your face. OH and they judge you, they give you a nasty look for wanting Tim’s In the morning. Do they clean ? First thing in the morning I’d expect the establishment to be clean. I’ve seen Tim Hortons in the ghetto cleaner than this place. I didn’t even feel comfortable touching the bathroom sink. Urinal was overflowing and filled with toilet paper. Urine on the floor you name it I saw it. Disgusting

Has given me the wrong drink 3 times in a row. I ordered an extra large hot cocoa with 2 creamer each time. The first time i was charged for an XL and got a large. Then they gave me an XL with no cream the second time. And the third i got a cafe mocha.
