I got a chipotle steak wrap, xl coffee and chocolate glazed donut. I must say I was in for a surprise staff was accommodating, nice, it was clean inside. The food was amazing been awhile since I ate from time to time Hortons because I generally don’t like the food but today I was hungry and I just say that wrap did not disappoint it was flavorful, hot and delicious. My coffee was made correct and was hot I just say because the location in kenmore my coffee was Luke warm. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. This is my new must stop if I’m in the area.

They seem careless, like the past 3 times I’ve ordered a coffee, there was something missing. I just got a vanilla ICED coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar, and an espresso. There is no vanilla flavor, and no ice. Just cold coffee, cream and espresso.. just the way I DON’T like it. Wouldn’t be mad about a first time offense, but there’s a reason business always seems pretty dead here.

I came from Canada to come visit my family down in Buffalo and they knew my favourite place to go was Tim Hortons .. by coming to this location I felt a warm welcome by the employees working! The location was clean, well kept, and definitely an out standing visit ! In the future when I come here often this will definitely be my go to place to go for my coffee across the boarder ! Thank you to the staff for making me feel like home even when I’m not from here . This is the best and only Tim hortons I will go to. I’m in ahh ! Five stars isn’t enough to rate this fantastic service .

There was a poor boy on the front counter who didn’t know how to do anything and was not getting help from anyone. The manager (Candee?) instead joked with him, called him the n-word (he was a black man), and went to handle drive through. Took him 20 minutes to get me 2 sausage, egg, and cheese english muffins and a medium ice capp. I felt bad for him. Very unprofessional.

I visited your location and had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. The speaker system appeared to be malfunctioning, so I proceeded to the window to place my order. Unfortunately, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members—specifically the woman handling the bagels.

She addressed me in a sarcastic and condescending tone, saying “Did you see the paper?” and continued making inappropriate, smart remarks while other staff members laughed in the background. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable for any customer-facing role.

I’m unsure who I need to speak with to escalate this, but I strongly believe this situation needs to be addressed. No customer should be made to feel mocked or uncomfortable for simply trying to place an order.
