I ordered on the kiosk and walked up. And THE NICEST ladies greated me! Katrina Morris!! Your smile is contagious….. and when you greet people you make them happy ~ even in a last minute stop at an airport.
HR people ~ Heads UP you need a customer service person like her.
She NOTICED everything.
She even asked to take a photo with my Buffalo Bills Boots to post on the Tim Horton Page.
I told her…. I got you. I’ll do a google review.
Young guy giving attitude because I didn’t want icing on the outside of the bag.
Then when I asked “should I get my OJ” the manager gave me a “yeah”, which I responded, “sorry, it wasn’t obvious”…
Enter the young guy “well, now it’s obvious.” — Other team members gasped at his remark.
Manager was present never apologized and sent the young guy to the back.
TH you need to do better.
Also I watched a blind man walk up and ask to order at the register because he can’t use the kiosk due to being blind. The worker had him ask a stranger for help and made the stranger wait in the 5 min line and help the guy with the kiosk. And help him pay. Feels like a big missed opportunity to have your service worker not just help the blind guy. I’m not expecting chick fil a commercial types of help, but you could at least do something. Felt very Buffalo though.
This place should be sold to a new owner who can properly take care of it and have good staff.
And they gave me the wrong donut and no hash brown. Jerks
