I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I’ve been stopping at this Tim Hortons since I started working in the West Seneca area, and I honestly love it here. The atmosphere is great, the service is consistently friendly, and the food is always spot on.
Everyone is welcoming, kind, and always says good morning — they even remember your name, which is something I’ve never experienced before and truly appreciate. Chris usually takes my order, and his warm, friendly approach and great conversation always make my day. He’s attentive and clearly a strong leader for the crew.
The team works seamlessly together, orders are made perfectly, and the wait time is always reasonable. This location really stands out — highly recommend!

I come to the Tim Hortons 3 to 4 times a week with my two sons everyone knows who we are when we arrive. They greet us kindly.
I run a business myself and for my personal observation the group of staff that works here are are like a well oiled machine
I usually dine in so by nature I can over here and see how they’re doing their operation
Number one they communicate well everyone is all on the same page with what is going on and what needs to be completed. They are efficient and friendly with each other. while. still working hard. I’ll hear them having a good time and laughing typically, Chris runs the front counter and as soon as I walk in, he already remembers my whole entire order along with my children’s order. My kids even comment on how nice he is along with all the other staff members I love coming to this location.

30 min for a sausage egg and cheese and I had to go to the counter to ask for it a second time guy on food station bitching he was overwhelmed when he wasn’t that busy and only was worried about drive thru coffee was cold by time I got the sandwich. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and had to just accept it on a English muffin because they ran out by time I got it after I watched multiple croissants go drive thru

1481 Union Rd is my favorite location because of the staff there. Chris and his crew give out free smiles with every order! I usually order in the app and pick up at the drive thru. My orders are always correct, fresh, fast and handed to me by members of their friendly and professional staff.
