Thank God that I do not have to tip..I hope it stays this way. I do not go to starbucks. Starbucks are dumb and make customers pay tip. This was at one time one of the better locations, not too long ago. Well now, it’s going downhill fast. They place the workers who can’t speak or understand the English language well enough as the drive thru order takers. Also, they are constantly out of many items.

I’m in a wheelchair and I took my dog for a walk I stop at this location to buy my dog a donut and because they are NOT handicap accessible I went thru the drive thru the first time there was no problem but the second time I went with my dog to get two drinks and donuts and I was told we can’t serve you because I wasn’t in a car and because they are NOT handicap accessible I couldn’t get in so I took my business else where.

Staff seemed great, but the whiny franchise owner has decided to have a temper tantrum about not being able to find more employees to underpay and has resorted to posting belittling signage about government handouts at their locations. Practice what you preach about being thankful for your team members and pay them fairly. I’m sure that will help you attract new employees.

Beware- The drive thru associate was a mumbler. He got my order wrong. I went right back for them to correct it. This time the iced coffee had a chalky under taste. I had only took 3 sips. I started to feel dizzy. Vomited when I got home. Never again!

I would give this location a double zero rating if I could. The store manager and most of the girls that work there are some of the rudest people I have encountered. I started going to this location less and less over the years, my order is messed up every time. Today my husband stopped and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, when he got home there were 3 cream cheese raisin bagels in the bag. He drove 10 min back to get the sandwiches. I work within walking distance of this location and I will not go there, neither will my co-workers. Most of the employees are ridiculously incompetent thats it’s almost laughable.

Everytime I go to this location I pay for extra cream cheese on my bagels are barely get a normal amount on it. The employees have all been young kids who clearly don’t put any care into their work. Any other Tim’s I go to is perfectly fine. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes then to this location. I’m done paying for mediocre service.
