I never have a problem, but today at 1130 getting a coffee the lady at the drive through was rude and in a bad mood. I ordered a double double but seemed to be missing cream and sugar, I went home thinking maybe it was on the bottom so I stirred and there was none, hopefully it was just a 1 time thing at this location

The girl w red hair who sounded like she couldn’t be bothered and had an attitude because she had to do work on the drive thru speaker charged me for the 3 drinks I ordered… Then when I pull up she tells me they’re out of the drink I ordered x2. Gee thanks for checking to see what I ordered is available before you charge me $13 something yes i got a refund but how dumb are you?

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional at the drive thru. People understand it’s not an easy job but you don’t need to take out your frustrations and kind paying customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. We were there on April 15, 2025 at about 10:15 AM. They messed up our order. We had to drive back. Wasn’t upset about it but, she was. Was extremely rude. Nasty in front of my child. I will never go back. They need to get better managers at this location that are good with people and customer service. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was very kind. But the head manager was horrible and should not work there.

Thank you for your burned breakfast, nice burn smell , Tim Horton keep up good business. I’m pretty sure the CEO Timhorton and related teams not really interested on customer service and satisfaction, indeed will not hear any response / reply. I would suggest specifically the CEO / relevant teams should taste the same burned food and provide your true feedback. Just had the best fast food experience of my life at 7:52 AM on a weekday at this Tim Hortons. Seriously. Fastest I’ve ever been through a drive through and the food was about as good as it can get from Tims. Keep up the fantastic work everyone
