Quick service, the Gentleman passing orders on 1/29/2026 at about 0900 is amazing, professional , the woma however with headphones taking orders at the same time is very rude, disrespectiful , she mocked me for a miscommunication getting my orders which obviously I am paying for; unfortinately this is the second time and I do think she is turning customers away.

I ordered two coffees and two bagels, the coffees were made amazing, but my bagels were supposed to have extra cream cheese on them that I paid extra for, and they came with barely enough on it to consider it even a normal bagel. Pretty disappointing.

Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.

Went there last week with my husband and friend we ordered large coffee 2 cream one suger. Medium coffee 2 cream and small hot tea with splenda and she gave us medium(larag!) and small (medium)and large ice tea full of suger .she even didnt listen to us morning stuff more better. Never will go there again
